Day 7 – Laudato Si’ Animator Training
On Saturday, 9 May, the final day of the Laudato Si’ Animator Training was held with joyful and memorable moments for all participants. The training became not only a space for learning, but also an opportunity to strengthen friendship, solidarity, and collaboration among participants and facilitators.
Participants also presented the working groups assigned by Sister Dircia and later shared their Capstone Project Reports. These projects have already been implemented in different parishes to promote environmental awareness, community clean-up activities, tree planting, and other sustainable actions within local communities.
After the indoor sessions, the activities continued at Lenuk Tasi (Sea Turtle), Ulmera – Liquiçá, where participants and facilitators learned more about sea turtles and the importance of protecting marine ecosystems and the environment for present and future generations.
Finally, all participants received certificates as a symbol of their participation, dedication, and commitment to caring for our common home.
Special thanks to all organizers, facilitators, and supporters who contributed to the success of this training.
