Ruchot meaning ‘winds’ is an allusion to the tent of Abraham which was open on all sides to welcome visitors whomever they are and wherever they come from. Ruchot’s vision is to create a community around ethical food practices and sustainability. In real terms this means sourcing locally produced ingredients, promoting the ideology through cookery demo’s talks and entertainment centred on vegetari
an kosher food prepared by volunteers (who have had food hygiene and ‘kashrut’ training). The space will include arts and culture inspired by our values which will be curated and by an alternating team of volunteers.
