📍Peer-led support is transforming the TB response across Europe and Central Asia.
This week, the Stop TB Partnership is joining partners, TB survivors, civil society, health workers, and national programs at the TB Across workshop to strengthen community-led approaches that break barriers, reduce stigma, and improve access to quality TB and DR-TB care.
From psychosocial support and mental health to accountability, cross-border care, and digital innovations, peer-led models are proving essential to building people-centered TB services that leave no one behind.
We are proud to contribute to the discussion on our learnings from the Challenge Facility for Civil Society and Oneimpact community-led monitoring, including:
🔹 Peer-led TB support and community systems
🔹 Stigma reduction and trust building
🔹 Access, demand generation, and accountability
🔹 Sustainable financing and integration into national TB responses
Communities are not beneficiaries of the TB response — they are leaders of it.
