Job Listing: Executive Assistant
The Family Connection Foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and assist with the daily operations of our foundation. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. This includes preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to attendees.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director. This includes screening and directing phone calls, managing the Executive Director’s email correspondence, and drafting, proofreading, and editing professional communications, including letters, reports, and memos.
- Travel and Logistics: Arrange and book domestic and international travel and accommodation for the Executive Director and other staff members as required. Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expense reports.
- Project and Research Support: Assist with special projects by conducting research, gathering information, and preparing presentations or reports. This may include compiling data for grant applications or donor reports.
- Visitor and Partner Relations: Greet and assist visitors to the office and act as a liaison with external partners, donors, and vendors.
- Translation support: Provide translation in meetings and communication from/to the Executive Director
Qualifications:
- Spiritual maturity: A clear commitment to Christ, demonstrating a genuine, daily walk with Christ and active involvement in a local Church.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Thai and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) is essential.
