APRACA APRACA stands for Asia-Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association.

Since 1977, APRACA has aspired to work for rural growth and development, with priority emphasis on the uplift of rural poor. It has pursued the promotion of efficient and effective rural financial systems and broadened access to rural financial services.
