A Listening Journey : Body • Sound • Soul 🌿

สำหรับการกลับมาฟัง และเชื่อมต่อกับ
ร่างกาย • เสียง • และหัวใจตัวเอง

คลาสนี้ตั้งใจเปิดขึ้นเป็นพิเศษเพื่อเป็นอีกพื้นที่หนึ่งที่เราได้มีโอกาสมาพบกันและแบ่งปันช่วงเวลาแห่งการฟังอย่างลึกซึ้งร่วมกัน

ภายในคลาส
เราจะค่อย ๆ เดินทางผ่าน 3 กิจกรรมอย่างอ่อนโยน

1. Body Listening — Body Mapping

การทำ Body Map ผ่านสีและสัญลักษณ์
เพื่อรับฟังความรู้สึกที่อยู่ในร่างกาย
และเปิดพื้นที่ให้ร่างกายได้บอกเล่าสิ่งที่อาจยังไม่เคยถูกฟัง

2. Deep Listening — Sound Journey

การเดินทางภายในผ่าน Deep Listening
พร้อมคลื่นเสียง Singing Bowl ที่ช่วยพาเราค่อย ๆ
เข้าสู่ภาวะผ่อนคลายและการรับฟังที่ลึกขึ้น
เพื่อให้กายใจได้ฟื้นฟู และปรับสมดุลตามธรรมชาติ

3. Integration — A Gift to Yourself

ช่วงเวลาพิเศษ เลือกของที่ระลึก ที่รู้สึกเชื่อมโยงกับตัวเอง ผ่านการทำ Crystal Grid พร้อมทั้งอ่านพลังภายในที่ซ่อนอยู่ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจ ฐานพลังงานธรรมชาติเฉพาะตัวคุณ

การได้ร่วมสร้างประสบการณ์ Sound Healing ใต้ท้องทะเล ที่ทุกคนได้ผ่อนคลาย ฟื้นฟูร่างกายและจิตใจ ท่ามกลางฝูงปลาและความเงียบสงบ ไปพร้อมกับคลาสพิลาทิส

สำหรับพวกเรา นี่ไม่ใช่แค่ session
แต่คือการที่ YPS เลือกดูแลพลังงานของ Sis ทุกคนอย่างตั้งใจ

Three days of deep learning, powerful vibrations and meaningful connection — guided by a Master who carries the essence of traditional sound healing with such authenticity and generosity.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn from these special gongs and even more grateful to be surrounded by such a beautiful group of classmates.
