This past week, Inspiring Girls Thailand had the pleasure of returning to Wells International School for another inspiring Career Insights session.

Students were exposed to an incredible range of career journeys and perspectives from corporate leadership and human resources to entrepreneurship and international diplomacy 🌏💼🚀
Through honest stories, thoughtful advice, and engaging Q&A discussions, students gained a deeper understanding that there is no single path to success. Leadership, adaptability, resilience, and purpose can take many different forms, and every journey is unique.

A huge thank you to our wonderful speakers for sharing their experiences and helping students broaden their horizons and imagine new possibilities for their futures. 💙

สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา Inspiring Girls Thailand มีความยินดีอย่างยิ่งที่ได้กลับไปจัดกิจกรรม Career Insights ณ Wells International School เป็นครั้งที่ 2
นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้จากวิทยากรที่มีเส้นทางอาชีพหลากหลาย ตั้งแต่สายองค์กรและทรัพยากรบุคคล ผู้ประกอบการ ไปจนถึงสายการทูต 🌏💼🚀
ผ่านการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์จริง คำแนะนำที่มีคุณค่า และการพูดคุยแบบ Q&A นักเรียนได้เห็นว่าความสำเร็จไม่ได้มีเพียงเส้นทางเดียว แต่เกิดจากการเรียนรู้ การปรับตัว ความมุ่งมั่น และการค้นหาเป้าหมายของตนเอง

Another powerful moment from our International Women’s Day interview 💫

When asked what qualities young girls should have or develop, she shared:

Be courageous.
Be authentic.

But above all, to lead with kindness and compassion.

Because no matter how far you go, how strong you become, or how much you achieve…
the way you treat others will always matter most 🤍

ได้ผ่านหลากหลายกิจกรรม และความกล้าหาญในหลายโมเมนต์ วันนี้การเดินทางร่วมกับน้อง ๆ จาก Daughters Rising ได้เดินทางมาถึงตอนจบแล้ว 🤍
จากความอยากรู้อยากเห็น ค่อย ๆ กลายเป็นความชัดเจน จากความไม่มั่นใจ ค่อย ๆ กลายเป็นความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง
วิดีโอสุดท้ายนี้ คือการสรุป The Unwritten Career Rulebook บทเรียนที่อาจไม่ได้อยู่ในตำราเรียน แต่ได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงของ role models 💬 ไม่จำเป็นต้องรู้คำตอบทุกอย่างตั้งแต่วันนี้ 💬 ความมั่นใจไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ติดตัวมา แต่สร้างได้ 💬 เส้นทางของเราไม่จำเป็นต้องเหมือนใคร 💬 การเติบโต มักเริ่มต้นจากความไม่สบายใจ

ขอบคุณ Daughters Rising, role models ทุกท่าน และน้อง ๆ ทุกคนที่กล้าเปิดใจ กล้าแสดงออก และเชื่อมั่นในตัวเองเพิ่มขึ้นอีกนิดในทุกครั้งที่ได้ก้าวไปข้างหน้า 🌱

Multiple sessions, honest conversations, and so many brave moments ; this chapter with the girls from daughter Rising has come to a close. 
What started as curiosity slowly became clarity. What felt intimidating turned into confidence.
This final video wraps up The Unwritten Career Rulebook; the lessons you won’t always find in textbooks, but hear from role models who’ve lived it: 💬 You don’t need to have it all figured out 💬 Confidence is built, not born 💬 Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s 💬 Growth often starts with discomfort

For their final project, the girls turned one key message into a content piece; reflecting their mindset shifts, the advice that stuck, and the rules they’ll carry forward. A rulebook they can come back to whenever self-doubt creeps in.
This may be the end of the series, but it’s only the beginning of their journey. And we couldn’t be prouder 💛

Another eye-opening online session with Daughter Rising,
featuring Wongvipa ThApcharoen, Head Flight Attendant with over 10 years of experience.
From her career journey to fun, powerful, and unexpected behind-the-scenes stories,
the session revealed what the role is truly about ; not just service,
but safety, knowledge, responsibility, and quick decision-making at 35,000 feet.
A truly inspiring session that gave the girls real insight into this career
and a deeper understanding of what it takes to fly ✨💙

เด็ก ๆ ได้รับบทบาทในโรงแรม ออกแบบเส้นทางประสบการณ์ของแขก ฝึกทักษะการบริการจากสถานการณ์จริง และวางแผนก้าวแรกสู่การฝึกงานในฝันของตัวเอง
ทุกกิจกรรมช่วยให้พวกเขาเห็นศักยภาพของตัวเอง เรียนรู้การทำงานเป็นทีม และกล้าที่จะฝันถึงอนาคตมากขึ้น 💛

Another recap of our workshop session in collaboration with Daughter Rising, One hour of hands-on learning through real experiences ✨
Students stepped into hotel roles, designed the guest journey, practiced real hospitality tasks, and mapped out their first internship paths.
Through doing, sharing, and reflecting, they built confidence, teamwork, and clarity about their future possibilities 💫
