ได้ผ่านหลากหลายกิจกรรม และความกล้าหาญในหลายโมเมนต์ วันนี้การเดินทางร่วมกับน้อง ๆ จาก Daughters Rising ได้เดินทางมาถึงตอนจบแล้ว 🤍
จากความอยากรู้อยากเห็น ค่อย ๆ กลายเป็นความชัดเจน จากความไม่มั่นใจ ค่อย ๆ กลายเป็นความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง
วิดีโอสุดท้ายนี้ คือการสรุป The Unwritten Career Rulebook บทเรียนที่อาจไม่ได้อยู่ในตำราเรียน แต่ได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงของ role models 💬 ไม่จำเป็นต้องรู้คำตอบทุกอย่างตั้งแต่วันนี้ 💬 ความมั่นใจไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ติดตัวมา แต่สร้างได้ 💬 เส้นทางของเราไม่จำเป็นต้องเหมือนใคร 💬 การเติบโต มักเริ่มต้นจากความไม่สบายใจ

ในโปรเจกต์สุดท้าย น้อง ๆ ได้เลือกหนึ่งข้อความสำคัญ นำมาถ่ายทอดเป็นคอนเทนต์ของตัวเอง สะท้อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ mindset สร้าง “กฎ” ที่จะพกติดตัวไปในเส้นทางข้างหน้า เป็นเหมือน rulebook ที่สามารถกลับมาเปิดอ่านได้ทุกครั้งที่เริ่มไม่มั่นใจ
ขอบคุณ Daughters Rising, role models ทุกท่าน และน้อง ๆ ทุกคนที่กล้าเปิดใจ กล้าแสดงออก และเชื่อมั่นในตัวเองเพิ่มขึ้นอีกนิดในทุกครั้งที่ได้ก้าวไปข้างหน้า 🌱

Multiple sessions, honest conversations, and so many brave moments ; this chapter with the girls from daughter Rising has come to a close. 
What started as curiosity slowly became clarity. What felt intimidating turned into confidence.
This final video wraps up The Unwritten Career Rulebook; the lessons you won’t always find in textbooks, but hear from role models who’ve lived it: 💬 You don’t need to have it all figured out 💬 Confidence is built, not born 💬 Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s 💬 Growth often starts with discomfort

For their final project, the girls turned one key message into a content piece; reflecting their mindset shifts, the advice that stuck, and the rules they’ll carry forward. A rulebook they can come back to whenever self-doubt creeps in.
This may be the end of the series, but it’s only the beginning of their journey. And we couldn’t be prouder 💛

From her career journey to fun, powerful, and unexpected behind-the-scenes stories,
the session revealed what the role is truly about ; not just service,
but safety, knowledge, responsibility, and quick decision-making at 35,000 feet.
A truly inspiring session that gave the girls real insight into this career

1 ชั่วโมงแห่งการเรียนรู้ผ่านการ “ลงมือทำจริง” 💼✨
เด็ก ๆ ได้รับบทบาทในโรงแรม ออกแบบเส้นทางประสบการณ์ของแขก ฝึกทักษะการบริการจากสถานการณ์จริง และวางแผนก้าวแรกสู่การฝึกงานในฝันของตัวเอง
ทุกกิจกรรมช่วยให้พวกเขาเห็นศักยภาพของตัวเอง เรียนรู้การทำงานเป็นทีม และกล้าที่จะฝันถึงอนาคตมากขึ้น 💛

Another recap of our workshop session in collaboration with Daughter Rising, One hour of hands-on learning through real experiences ✨
Students stepped into hotel roles, designed the guest journey, practiced real hospitality tasks, and mapped out their first internship paths.
Through doing, sharing, and reflecting, they built confidence, teamwork, and clarity about their future possibilities 💫

เซสชั่นสุดท้ายของ Inspiring Stories กับ The Unwritten Career Rulebook
ตลอดหลายเดือนที่ผ่านมา เราได้ร่วมเดินทางกับน้อง ๆ ผ่านเรื่องราวจาก role models ที่แตกต่างกัน 3 คน และ workshop ที่หลากหลาย 3 รูปแบบ แต่ละเซสชั่นช่วยเปิดมุมมองใหม่ ๆ ว่าเส้นทางอาชีพไม่ได้มีคำตอบเดียว และไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินเป็นเส้นตรง
ในเซสชั่นสุดท้ายนี้ เรานำทุกเรื่องราวมาร้อยเรียงเข้าด้วยกัน แยกแยะ career truth และ myth สะท้อนบทเรียนจากเส้นทางจริง และเปลี่ยนแรงบันดาลใจให้กลายเป็นกฎชีวิตการทำงานที่พกติดตัวไปได้
ให้น้อง ๆ รู้ว่า ความสับสน การเปลี่ยนทาง และการเติบโต ล้วนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเดินทาง

A bittersweet ending to our final Inspiring Stories session 🤍 The Unwritten Career Rulebook
Over the past months, this journey brought together stories from three very different role models and three unique workshop experiences, each one opening new perspectives and challenging the idea that there is only one “right” career path.
In our final session, we connected all those stories separating career truth from myth, reflecting on real journeys, and turning inspiration into practical rules the girls can carry forward in their own lives.
This wasn’t an ending with all the answers. It was an ending that reminded us that uncertainty, detours, and growth are all part of the journey.
Grateful to Daughters Rising and every student who walked this path with us. The sessions may have ended, but the lessons will continue far beyond them ✨📖

จากห้องเรียนสู่โลกการทำงานจริง ✨🍸
ในออนไลน์เซสชันล่าสุดร่วมกับ Daughters Rising พวกเราได้รับเกียรติจากคุณ Siriwan Sinpan ผู้จัดการ O.S.S Bar ที่มาแบ่งปันเส้นทางชีวิตและประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Hospitality ตั้งแต่การเรียนในสายนี้ตั้งแต่ยังเด็ก การเริ่มต้นทำงานจริง ไปจนถึงการเติบโตในอาชีพ
น้อง ๆ ได้เห็นภาพเบื้องหลังของงานบริการอย่างแท้จริง ทั้งการทำงานเป็นทีม งาน Mixology บทบาทหลังบ้าน และการร่วมมือกันเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงได้เรียนรู้ว่าในอุตสาหกรรมนี้มีหลากหลายเส้นทางให้เลือก และแต่ละบทบาทก็เหมาะกับทักษะและตัวตนที่แตกต่างกันไป

From classroom dreams to real-world service ✨🍸
In our recent online session with Daughters Rising, Khun Siriwan, Manager of O.S.S Bar, shared her personal journey in hospitality from studying the field at school to building her career behind the scenes of a bar.
The girls got an inside look at what day-to-day life in hospitality really means: teamwork, mixology, operations, and the many different roles that come together to create great service. Most importantly, they learned that there isn’t just one path but many possibilities, each suited to different strengths and personalities.

Thank you Khun Siriwan for opening doors, sharing honestly, and showing our girls that confidence, curiosity, and collaboration can take them far 🤍

สัปดาห์นี้เป็นเซสชันที่ 4 ของซีรีส์ Inspiring Stories 🌟
เราต่อยอดจากสัปดาห์ที่แล้วในหัวข้อ Hospitality พาเด็ก ๆ ลงลึกมากขึ้นว่า “บทบาทต่าง ๆ ในโรงแรมจริง ๆ ทำงานร่วมกันยังไง” ผ่านการคุย เสนอไอเดีย และถอดบทเรียนจากเส้นทางของแขกตั้งแต่เข้าจนออก 🏨✨

เด็ก ๆ ได้ลองคิดว่า ถ้าเป็นเขาเองอยู่ในบทบาทนั้น เขาจะทำอะไรได้บ้าง เป้าหมายอะไรที่เริ่มได้ทันทีในชีวิตตอนนี้ และเส้นทางไหนที่อยากลองสำรวจต่อในอนาคต 💛

This week’s 4th session of Inspiring Stories took a deeper step into the world of hospitality 🌟
Building on last week, the girls explored how different hotel roles connect and work together through the full guest journey, from arrival to check-out 🏨✨

They discussed real scenarios, mapped guest needs, and imagined what each role would look like if they were the ones doing it. Each student set small, practical goals they can start working on right now, while discovering career paths they might want to explore in the future 💛
