International Justice Mission Thailand works side-by-side with national government of The Kingdom of Thailand through its regional and local agencies such as Division of Anti-Trafficking in Persons, Department of Special Investigation, Anti-Trafficking In Persons Police and The Office of The Attorney General and etc to strengthen justice systems and bring criminals to justice, re

scue victims who have been trafficked, restore survivors to a place of physical and emotional safety, and build capacity among government officers and other related personnel to better address human trafficking problems so that survivors get the help they really need.

มูลนิธิไอเจเอ็มเป็นองค์กรภาคประชาสังคมระหว่างประเทศ ที่ประกอบไปด้วย ทนายความ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกฏหมาย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการฟื้นฟูเยียวยาจากบาดแผลทางจิตใจ นักสังคมสงเคราะห์ ผู้นำเครือข่ายชุมชน ล่าม นักสื่อสารมวลชน และฝ่ายสนับสนุน เราทำงานในประเทศไทยมาตั้งแต่ปี 2543 ที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในประเด็นค้าประเวณีและการให้สิทธิให้สัญชาติแก่บุคคลไร้สัญชาติจนกระทั่งเราและรัฐบาลประสบความสำเร็จในการสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับชุมชนเพื่อให้การต่อสู้เพื่อความยุติธรรมยังคงดำเนินต่อไป และในปี 2560 มูลนิธิไอเจเอ็มเปิดสำนักงาน ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อทำงานกับรัฐบาลไทยในหน่วยงานที่ต่อสู้และป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์และการบังคับใช้แรงงานในหมู่แรงงานต่างชาติ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มาจากประเทศต้นทางเช่น เมียนมา กัมพูชา ลาวและเวียดนาม ซึ่งตลอดเวลา 5 ปี เราและรัฐบาลไทยได้ค้นพบว่าแรงงานต่างชาติจำนวนมากยังคงถูกเอารัดเอาเปรียบ ถูกนำมาขายทอด ทารุณและไม่ได้รับค่าจ้างตามกฏหมายในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆไม่ว่าจะเป็น ประมงพาณิชย์ เกษตรกรรม โรงงาน หรือแม้กระทั่งในบ้านพัก เราค้นพบว่าความรุนแรงเกิดขึ้นได้ทุกรูปแบบ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในปัจจุบันที่เทคโนโลยีก้าวไกลเกินกว่าหลายคนจะตามทัน จึงมีแรงงานทั้งคนไทย จากประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน รวมไปถึงประเทศอื่นๆ ถูกหลอกให้เข้าไปทำงานเป็นแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ ทั้งที่ไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง ถูกทำร้ายร่างกาย ข่มขู่ในทุกรูปแบบ

มูลนิธิไอเจเอ็มจึงไม่หยุดยั้งที่จะทำงานกับภาครัฐเพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนกลไกแห่งรัฐให้ทำงานอย่างเที่ยงตรง เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ที่ถูกเอาเปรียบ ผู้ยากไร้และผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรม ทั้งนี้ก็เพราะความยุติธรรมคือสิ่งที่เราจะรักษาไว้เพื่อทุกชีวิตในทุกชุมชนนั่นเอง

We were proud to see the official launch of the TIP Shelter SOP (Standards of Practice of Practitioners in Welfare Protection Centers for Victims of Trafficking in Persons) yesterday.

This marks important progress in strengthening protection standards for survivors of human trafficking and aligning with international standards, and reflects years of collaboration and commitment to strengthening shelter care systems and incorporating survivor informed approaches.

On April 28, 2026, we hosted the closing of the 48‑month project, “Equipping Thai Officials to Identify and Investigate Forced Labor and Labor Trafficking: Improving Case Outcomes and Victim Engagement through Enhanced Capacity Building.” We extend our appreciation to the Department of Fisheries and all key government partners whose leadership, professionalism, and close collaboration over the past four years made this progress possible.

This occasion reflects our shared commitment to protecting vulnerable workers and strengthening Thailand’s people‑centered response to forced labor and labor trafficking, and we look forward to our continued partnership.

แต่พอเธอเดินทางมาถึงจุดหมาย เธอกลับถูกส่งตัวต่อไปให้อีกกลุ่ม ถูกปืนจ่อระหว่างที่พวกเขาบังคับให้เธอเดินขึ้นเรือ และถูกค้ามนุษย์ไปอยู่ในศูนย์สแกมเมอร์

เธอถูกบังคับให้หลอกคนแปลกหน้านานถึง 9 เดือน หากปฏิเสธคำสั่ง ก็จะถูกทรมาน

นี่ไม่ใช่หนัง แต่มันคือเรื่องจริงที่เกิดขึ้นทั่วเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

[TH] มูลนิธิไอเจเอ็ม ขอแสดงความชื่นชมอย่างจริงใจต่อสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ภายใต้การนำของ พล.ต.อ. ธัชชัย สำหรับการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน TIP Dialogue Forum 2026 ในหัวข้อ “คิดร่วมกัน ลงมือทำร่วมกัน: มุ่งสู่ประเทศไทยที่ปลอดจากการค้ามนุษย์” เมื่อต้นปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งเวทีเสวนานี้ได้เป็นพื้นที่สำคัญสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างหลายภาคส่วน ทั้งหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมาย หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคประชาสังคม และหน่วยปฏิบัติการเฉพาะทาง ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือ ความสอดคล้องเชิงนโยบาย และการตอบสนองต่อปัญหาการค้ามนุษย์บนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์
