💼 B2B / B2C / B2B2C โมเดลต่างกัน วิธีขายก็ต่าง
หลาย Startup สร้างสินค้าดีมาก แต่กลับขายไม่ออก
ไม่ใช่เพราะสินค้าไม่ดี...
แต่เพราะใช้ "วิธีขายผิดโมเดล"
หลายคนคิดว่า "ขายก็คือขาย"
แต่จริง ๆ แล้ว ลูกค้าแต่ละประเภทตัดสินใจซื้อไม่เหมือนกันเลย
สิ่งที่ใช้ได้กับ B2C อาจใช้ไม่ได้กับ B2B
และสิ่งที่ใช้ได้กับ B2B ก็อาจใช้ไม่ได้กับ B2B2C
🏢 B2B คืออะไร?
B2B (Business to Business) คือธุรกิจที่ขายสินค้าและบริการให้กับ "ธุรกิจอื่น"
ตัวอย่างเช่น Microsoft, Salesforce หรือ AWS
ลูกค้าไม่ได้ซื้อเพราะชอบ แต่ซื้อเพราะต้องการผลลัพธ์ทางธุรกิจ
สิ่งที่ลูกค้า B2B ถามคือ
ช่วยลดต้นทุนได้ไหม
เพิ่มรายได้ได้หรือไม่
คืนทุนเมื่อไร
ใช้งานร่วมกับระบบเดิมได้ไหม
📌 B2B ขายด้วย "เหตุผล"
🛍️ B2C คืออะไร?
B2C (Business to Consumer) คือธุรกิจที่ขายตรงให้ผู้บริโภค
เช่น Nike, Starbucks, Netflix หรือ Coca-Cola
ลูกค้าตัดสินใจเร็วกว่า และมักใช้อารมณ์ร่วมในการตัดสินใจ
สิ่งที่ลูกค้า B2C สนใจคือ
ชอบไหม
สวยไหม
คุ้มไหม
คนอื่นใช้หรือเปล่า
📌 B2C ขายด้วย "ประสบการณ์และความรู้สึก"
🔄 B2B2C คืออะไร?
B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer) คือการขายผ่านธุรกิจอีกทอดหนึ่ง ก่อนถึงผู้บริโภค
ตัวอย่างที่ชัดที่สุดคือ Grab
Grab ไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของร้านอาหาร แต่สร้างแพลตฟอร์มให้ร้านอาหารขายถึงลูกค้าได้
หรือ Shopee ที่ทำหน้าที่เชื่อมผู้ขายกับผู้ซื้อ
📌 B2B2C ต้องชนะใจทั้ง "คู่ค้า" และ "ลูกค้า"
🔍 จะรู้ได้อย่างไรว่าเราอยู่โมเดลไหน?
คำถามง่าย ๆ คือ
"ใครเป็นคนจ่ายเงิน?"
ถ้าบริษัทจ่าย → B2B
ถ้าผู้บริโภคจ่าย → B2C
ถ้าธุรกิจหนึ่งเป็นช่องทาง แต่สุดท้ายผู้บริโภคเป็นคนใช้งาน → B2B2C
🚨 สิ่งที่ Startup มักพลาด
เอากลยุทธ์ B2C ไปขาย B2B
ยิงโฆษณาเยอะ แต่ไม่มีคนซื้อ
เพราะผู้บริหารไม่ได้ตัดสินใจจากโฆษณา
เขาต้องการข้อมูล ตัวเลข และผลลัพธ์ที่พิสูจน์ได้
ในทางกลับกัน หลายแบรนด์ B2C กลับมัวแต่พูดเรื่องฟีเจอร์ จนลืมสร้างอารมณ์ร่วมกับลูกค้า
สุดท้ายคนจำสินค้าไม่ได้
👍 บทเรียนสำหรับ Founder
ก่อนคิดว่าจะขายอย่างไร ให้ถามก่อนว่า
"เรากำลังขายให้ใคร"
เพราะสินค้าเดียวกัน อาจต้องใช้วิธีขายคนละแบบโดยสิ้นเชิง
