PIA (Petfood Industry Association) The Pet Food Industry Association of Thailand was established since2002 (2) Support and help members resolve obstacles and problems.

Objective:
(1) Promote the operation of enterprises in Petfood business both manufacturer activity and trade activity. Including negotiations with external affairs sector for the mutual benefit of member that are in the association objective but not limited to monitor the movements of the domestic and international markets regarding of pet food for the benefit of trade, finance, economy or the security of the country. (3) To be a center for research and development related to the type of enterprise that is in the intended purpose. Exchange and disseminate academic knowledge as well as trade news related to the enterprise. (4) Promote the quality of the products produced or distributed by entrepreneurs who are members to be able to comply with the a pet food standard/ guideline. As well as research and improve methods of production and trade for better results
(5) Cooperate with the government to promote trade, industry, finance or any other business. In the economy that is in the intended purpose
(6) Coordinate with the government to participate in the issuance of rules, regulations and standards for the pet food industry. And comply with international standards.
