Inter-Asia School(Bangkok) aims to build up an intellectual platform to connect among Bangkok, Asia and other parts of the world. Through the sharing of knowledge, experiences and resources, it aims at creating a communicative network for intellectual and practical action of new modes of knowledge production. Our Bangkok fellows’ main missions are to take steps in
1)Modern Asian Thought project aims to connect intellectual networks across Asia, forming a platform for mutual support and sharing. Through learning and understanding from one another, it strives to propose effective interpretations, critiques and interventions to current historical situations.
2)Critical Creative Industries and Intellectual Movement project aims to critique creative industries model vis-à-vis the potential of artists, academics, activists, and creative people to seek alternative cultural sustainability through the recent fields of culture and intellectual movements in and around Asia.
