ขจัดอุปสรรคอันเกิดจากเพศสภาพที่ขัดขวางไม่ให้บุคคลข้ามเพศในประเทศไทยได้พัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองเพื่อบรรลุความใฝ่ฝันและความหวังในฐานะพลเมืองของประเทศไทยได้อย่างเต็มที่ ด้วยวิธีการดังนี้
a. สนับสนุนสังคมในการปลูกฝังการรับรู้ ความเข้าใจ และการยอมรับของภาวะต้องการเปลี่ยนเพศ
b. ผลักดันให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎหมายไทยให้สามารถใช้คำนำหน้าชื่อที่ตรงกับสถานะทางกายภาพหลังการศัลยกรรมแปลงเพศได้ เพื่อกำหนดบรรทัดฐานใหม่สู่สังคมสำหรับทุกคน รวมถึงให้เกียรติความเป็นมนุษย์กับบุคคลข้ามเพศทั้งในประเทศไทย และในขณะอยู่ต่างประเทศ
c. ให้ทุนการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาและและอาชีวศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐในประเทศไทย
d. จัดฝึกงานกับองค์กรธุรกิจที่สนับสนุนเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ทำงานและการจ้างงานที่เป็นประโยชน์
2. สนับสนุนบุคคลข้ามเพศในการเดินทางสู่การทำศัลยกรรมแปลงเพศ เพื่อปลดปล่อยพวกเขาจากชีวิตแห่งการเลือกปฏิบัติอย่างรุนแรง และจากอาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมทางเพศอันไม่แน่นอน ไร้ความหมาย และไม่ยั่งยืน ด้วยวิธีการการดังนี้
a. บริการให้คำปรึกษาและการสนับสนุน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้เข้าใจและเสริมสร้างพลังด้วยตนเอง เพื่อทำตามความใฝ่ฝันและเป้าหมายอันมีความหมายของตนเอง
MISSION
To remove all gender-based barriers that impedes transs*xuals in Thailand to develop their potential to the fullest so as to achieve their aspirations and hopes as valuable citizens of Thailand. We do this by:
a. Social advocacy to cultivate awareness, understanding and acceptance for transs*xualism.
b. Push for change in Thai law to allow gender title to match the physical status after s*x reassignment surgery so as to set up new social norms for an inclusive society; and accord human dignity for transs*xuals in Thailand and while they are abroad.
c. Providing scholarships for tertiary and vocational education in public universities in Thailand.
d. Providing internships with supporting business organizations leading to work experience and gainful employment.
2. Support transgenders in their journey leading to s*x reassignment surgery, so as to free them from a life of violent discrimination and in questionable, wasteful and unsustainable professions in the s*x industry. We do this by:
a. Counselling and support services; with the aim for self-awareness and self-empowerment to pursue meaningful personal aspirations and goals.
