📢 Now open: Nominations for the IGF 2026 Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG)
The Internet Governance Forum’s Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) plays a vital role in shaping the programme of the annual IGF meetings and ensuring the Forum remains inclusive, relevant, and impactful.
🙏 We extend our sincere appreciation to all past and present MAG members for their dedication, expertise, and invaluable guidance in supporting the IGF’s work over the years.
🌍On behalf of the UN Secretary-General, the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) invites all stakeholder and regional groups to submit nominations to renew the MAG for 2026.
👥 Who can nominate?
Governments, the private sector, civil society, and the technical community are encouraged to nominate candidates from:
• Developed and developing countries
• Economies in transition
• Diverse stakeholder groups
• All regions, with attention to gender balance
🗓️ Term: 1 year
🧭 Role: Contribute to the multistakeholder consultation process and bring your community’s perspectives on Internet governance.
