Today, EEWUD had the privilege of engaging with the newly established Tshalimbewu Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative at Madzanga in a productive session focused on sustainable water management within the Komati River Basin.

The session provided a valuable platform to deliberate on key issues affecting water users, including:

With dams at full capacity and increased river flows, communities and water users are urged to remain vigilant, especially those located downstream of Maguga Dam and along the Komati River.EEWUD continues to monitor the situation and will provide timely updates to ensure the safety of communities and sustainable water management.
