Strong men stand together not in silence, but in action. 🤝🔥
Respect is the foundation 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽💯 The key driver that shapes how we speak 🗣️, act ⚖️, and treat others ❤️. Ending violence starts with us: choosing respect over aggression 🚫👊🏾, accountability over excuses 🛑, and partnership over harm 👊🏾💙.

When men support each other in leading with respect 🙌🏾, we build safer homes 🏠, stronger communities 🌍, and a future free from violence ✊🏾🚫✨.

Real strength protects 🛡️. Real men uplift 🙌🏾. Real men respect. 💙🔥

** Constant Reminder**
Staying on your HIV treatment saves lives 💪❤️. Consistently taking your ART keeps your viral load low, protects your health, and prevents new HIV infections in your community. Missing doses can lead to drug resistance and increase the risk of passing HIV to others. Every pill matters – your commitment is power!

📌 Take your ART every day.
📌 Encourage your friends to get tested and start treatment.

Day 3 of the 2nd leg of the Buganu Festival at Hlane Royal Residence continued from where we left off, the spirit of emaSwati still high and the celebration of culture still alive.

However, this time around the weather had other plans. Heavy rains poured down and interrupted the activities, making conditions quite challenging for everyone on the ground. 🌧️⛈️

Despite the terrible rain, the commitment to the festival remained strong. EmaSwati continued to show resilience and unity, proving once again that not even the storm can wash away the spirit of Buganu. 🇸🇿

Through it all, the energy, culture, and pride of the nation remained visible as people gathered to honor tradition and celebrate together. 💃🏾🪘✨

LIVE FROM HLANE | BUGANU CEREMONY (SECOND DAY OF THE LEG)

As the Buganu celebrations continue to unite culture, tradition, and thousands of emaSwati from all walks of life, important work is also taking place on the ground.

The dedicated teams from HealthPlus 4 Men and Coordinating Assembly of Non‑Governmental Organizations (CANGO) are actively serving the community, working tirelessly under the blazing sun while delivering essential health and human rights services to festival attendees. ☀️

🎥 In the video featured here, our team is engaging with Bobhejane and other festival participants, sharing critical and life-saving information, including:

📚 Human Rights Information – Empowering communities with knowledge about their rights and access to services.

🛡️ HIV Prevention Education – Providing guidance on PrEP, PEP, ART adherence, and STI prevention to promote healthier lives.

🗣️ Health Education & IEC Materials – Distributing clear, practical, and accessible information that supports informed decision-making.

🤝 Community Engagement and Awareness – Facilitating meaningful conversations that encourage healthier, informed communities.

Throughout the festival grounds, many people are stopping by to ask questions, collect educational materials, and participate in important discussions that extend beyond the cultural celebrations.

While Buganu Festival celebrates Swazi culture, unity, and tradition, it also provides a valuable opportunity to promote health, dignity, and informed choices within our communities.

📢 Stay tuned for more updates, photos, and videos from the Buganu Ceremony as the celebrations continue.

🌧️👑 Despite the heavy rains pouring down at the Buganu Festival held at Hlane Royal Residence, the spirit of the eMaswati remained strong and unshaken.

On the first day of the second leg of this cherished royal celebration, people came out in great numbers as boBhejane proudly carried gifts for the royal family in honour of this beautiful cultural tradition. 🎁🇸🇿

Amid the vibrant atmosphere, HP4M was also on the ground offering essential HIV prevention services including free condoms, lubricants, and important health information ensuring that while we celebrate our heritage, we also promote health and well-being within our communities. ❤️🛡️
