The SEM Cares Foundation (SCF) is scaling up its core mission—from youth economic empowerment to community drives. We are building our founding operational team and invitation-based Advisory Committee.

1. Volunteer Foundation Coordinator (Hands-On Lead)
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven organizer to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate volunteers, and oversee campaign ex*****on.
What you'll do: Manage campaign rollouts, lead volunteer teams, oversee drop-off logistics, and represent SCF at community activations.
What you gain: Executive leadership experience, high-level networking, and first priority for paid management roles as grant allocations and commercial project revenues roll in.
2. Founding Advisory Committee (3 Positions)
We are inviting 3 strategic thinkers to join our advisory team to guide our mission and opening doors:
Finance & Audit Lead: Helps structure transparent QuickBooks accounting and micro-donation tracking.
Communications & PR Lead: Helps draft press releases, social copy, and community outreach campaigns.
Community Partnerships Lead: Helps secure local business partnerships and donation drop-off locations.
