لحظة وحدة كانت كفيلة تختصر كل المسافات بيناتنا. من كل زاوية بهالكون، ورغم اختلاف التوقيت ودروب الحياة، رجعوا السوريين إيد وحدة وقلب واحد. العالم كلو حبس أنفاسو والزمن وقف بذهول قدام الحقيقة: سقط الأسد. وبعدا... عمت الفرحة.
اليوم، بعد سنة، لسا أصداء الحرية، تكبيرات المآذن، دموع الإمهات، ونظرات المعتقلين اللي شافوا النور، لسا كلها عم ترن بأدنينا.
الفكرة اللي كانت متل حلم بعيد صارت واقع يعاش. "حركة الـ ٥٪" ولدت من همة شباب سوري اجتمعوا على هدف واحد: نعمر سوريا.. سوريا اللي غصبونا نتركها، بس ولا لحظة بطلنا نحبها. اليوم، بذكرى السنة الأولى لتحرير سوريا، عم نحتفل سوا، كل مين بزاويتو بهالعالم، بس كلنا توحدنا بتنهيدة راحة وحدة. من هون بلشنا، ومكملين... وهي بس البداية.
One single moment bridged the distance between us. From every corner of the world, across every time zone and walk of life, Syrians became one. The world froze in a moment of disbelief: Assad has fallen. Then came joy. One year later, the echoes of liberation, the chants from the minarets, the tears of mothers, the stunned relief of prisoners, still ring in our ears.
An idea that seemed like a distant dream became a reality. The 5% Movement rose from Syrian youth who came together with one goal: to rebuild Syria, the Syria we were forced to leave, and the Syria we never stopped loving. Today, one year since Syria’s liberation, we celebrate together, each still in their corner of the world but united under one sigh of relief. We started here, and we continue here. This is only the beginning.
