إعلان مناقصة بالظرف المختوم

تعلن جمعية حماية البيئة (EPA) - مكتب الرقة عن طرح مناقصة عامة بالظرف المختوم فعلى الراغبين في المشاركة التقدم بعروضهم إلى مكتب الجمعية في الرقة (ساحة البانوراما - جنوب مسجد زين العابدين) وفق الشروط التالية:
يتم تقديم العرض بظرف واحد يتضمن ثلاث ظروف مع التأكيد على ضرورة الختم والتوقيع على كل ظرف من الظروف الأربعة كل على حدة، وفي حال عدم التزام العارض بذلك سيتم استبعاده.
ملاحظات:
1- على العارض أن يكتب على كل ظرف اسمه ومحتوياته وأن يكون الظرف مختوم.
2- توقيع وختم مدخل المغلف من قبل المزود كذلك العرض المالي والفني وكافة الأوراق المرفقة.
3- أي طلب لا يتضمن المعلومات السابقة ويلتزم بالإجراءات سيتم استبعاده.
4- يحق للمنظمة تجزئة مواد المناقصة بين العارضين حسبما تراه ملائماً، بحيث تجري إحالة جزء على متعهد دون أن يحق له الاعتراض.
5- يلتزم المزود أو من ينوب عنه بتسليم العرض في صندوق المناقصات في مكتب EPA في الرقة ضمن المهلة المحددة مع توقيع وختم وثيقة تسليم المغلف بعد تدوين تاريخ وتوقيت تسليم المغلف في صندوق المناقصات.
6- تقبل العروض ابتداءً من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان
12/06/2025 ولغاية 19/06/2025 الساعة 00:16
في مكتب EPA في الرقة.

Environmental Protection Association (EPA) - Raqqa Office announces the launch of a public tender in a sealed envelope. Those wishing to participate must submit their offers to the Association office in Raqqa (Panorama Square – south of Zain Al-Abidin Mosque) according to the following conditions:
The offer is submitted in one envelope containing three envelopes, with emphasis on the necessity of stamping and signing each of the four envelopes separately. If the bidder does not comply with this, he will be excluded.
comments:
1. The bidder must write his name and contents on each envelope, and the envelope must be sealed.
2. Signing and stamping the envelope entry by the supplier, as well as the financial and technical offer and all attached papers.
3. Any application that does not include the previous information and adhere to the procedures will be excluded.
4. The organization has the right to divide the tender materials among the bidders as it deems appropriate, such that part is transferred to a contractor without him having the right to object.
5. The supplier or his representative is obligated to deliver the offer to the tender box at the EPA office in Raqqa within the specified period, signing and stamping the envelope delivery document after recording the date and timing of delivering the envelope in the tender box.
6. Offers will be accepted starting from the date of publishing this announcement, 12/06/2025 , until 19/06/2025 at 16:00 at the EPA office in Raqqa.
