Job Overview/Summary:
The role of the educator at the rehabilitation centers for children under 18 involves guiding beneficiaries in their educational journey while adhering to prescribed curricula. Responsibilities encompass crafting educational modules, devising stimulating activities, and fostering interactive discussions among learners. Additionally, educators monitor progress, assess knowledge through various evaluations, nurture self-confidence, and empower learners to achieve their fullest potential. This position requires strong communication and adaptability skills to effectively cater to diverse learning methods and approaches utilized by the students.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage classroom behavior, oversee instruction for under-performing.
- Teaching and following a daily routine.
- Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.
- Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping the beneficiaries actively engaged.
- Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play.
- Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child.
- Addressing the physical needs of the individual child or group.
- Adhering to the provided guidelines of the Education program.
- Writing weekly reports and monthly schedule plans.
Educator Requirements:
- University degree or institute certificate in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching.
- Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children.
- Excellent communication skills

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة السلوك في الفصل الدراسي ، والإشراف على تعليمات الأداء الضعيف وتحسينه.
- تعليم الروتين اليومي واتباعه.
- تكييف البرنامج ليناسب احتياجات الفرد أو المجموعة.
- التخطيط المستمر لطرق مبتكرة لإشراك المستفيدين بالأنشطة.
- نقل المعرفة للأطفال من خلال المرح واللعب.
- ضمان النمو الاجتماعي والعاطفي للطفل.
- تلبية الاحتياجات المادية للطفل الفرد أو المجموعة.
- التقيد بالإرشادات الواردة في برنامج التعليم
- كتابة التقارير الأسبوعية والمخططات الشهرية
متطلبات المربي (المدرس):
- شهادة جامعية أو شهادة معهد في أي اختصاص ذات صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس.
- القدرة على التحلي بالصبر عند التعامل مع الأطفال.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة
