يسرنا في مؤسسة فزعة أن نعلن عن إطلاق مجموعة من المشاريع المستدامة التي سيتم البدء بالعمل عليها تدريجياً بالتعاون مع شركائنا والمنظمات الداعمة، لتكون في خدمة مجتمعنا بأسرع وقت وتلبي احتياجاته الأساسية.
كخطوة أولى، ستخدم هذه المشاريع محافظتي دمشق وريف دمشق بشكل مباشر، مع التركيز على دعم أهلنا من العائدين والوافدين.
📋 ملاحظة هامة:
يوجد بعض المشاريع حصلنا على التراخيص القانونية اللازمة لها وسيتم البدء بالعمل عليها بشكل مباشر، بينما المشاريع الأخرى سيتم العمل عليها بعد الحصول على التراخيص المطلوبة من الجهات المعنية ضمن الأصول والأطر القانونية المعتمدة. نلتزم بالشفافية والعمل وفق القوانين والأنظمة لضمان استدامة مشاريعنا وخدمة مجتمعنا بأفضل صورة ممكنة.

مشاريعنا المستدامة:
1️⃣ معهد فزعة للتدريب المهني وتعليم اللغات
معهد متكامل يوفر التعليم والتدريب والتمكين المهني في مختلف المجالات الحرفية والتقنية، بالإضافة إلى تعليم اللغات، مع توفير فرص عمل حقيقية للخريجين.
2️⃣ مكتبة مؤسسة فزعة
مكتبة متكاملة لطلاب الشهادات والجامعات توفر بيئة دراسية مثالية، مصادر معرفية متنوعة، ندوات حوارية، ودورات تدريبية لدعم المسيرة التعليمية.
3️⃣ مساحة آمنة للأطفال
مكان مخصص لرعاية الأطفال يوفر بيئة تعليمية وترفيهية آمنة، مع أنشطة تنموية وتربوية تساهم في بناء شخصية الطفل وتطوير مهاراته، بالإضافة إلى التأهيل والدعم النفسي للطفل.
4️⃣ مشروع دعم وتمكين مهني - الخياطة والأزياء
مشروع يهدف لتدريب وتمكين النساء والشباب في مجال الخياطة والأزياء، مع توفير فرص عمل ودعم مستمر لإطلاق مشاريعهم الخاصة.
5️⃣ مشروع المطبخ الخيري المستدام
مطبخ خيري يوفر وجبات غذائية صحية ومجانية للأسر المحتاجة، مع التركيز على الاستدامة وتوظيف أفراد من المجتمع المحلي.
6️⃣ مركز فزعة الطبي
مركز طبي متكامل يقدم خدمات صحية شاملة ومتاحة للجميع، مع تجهيزات حديثة وكادر طبي مؤهل لخدمة المجتمع.
7️⃣ مبادرة مجتمعية مستدامة لجمع وتدوير وإعادة توزيع الألبسة
مشروع إنساني يهدف لجمع الألبسة وتدويرها وإعادة توزيعها على المحتاجين، مع توفير نقاط تجميع منظمة لخدمة الأسر الأكثر احتياجاً.

CCaritasNRC - Norwegian Refugee CouncilFazaa Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of a series of sustainable projects that will be implemented gradually in collaboration with our partners and supporting organizations, to serve our community as quickly as possible and meet its essential needs.
As a first step, these projects will directly serve Damascus and Rural Damascus governorates, with a focus on supporting our returning and incoming families.
📋 Important Note:
Some projects have already obtained the necessary legal licenses and work will begin on them immediately, while other projects will be implemented after obtaining the required permits from the relevant authorities in accordance with established legal frameworks and regulations. We are committed to transparency and working in accordance with laws and regulations to ensure the sustainability of our projects and serve our community in the best possible way.
Our Sustainable Projects:
1️⃣ Fazaa Vocational Training and Language Education Institute
A comprehensive institute providing education, training, and vocational empowerment in various craft and technical fields, in addition to language education, with real employment opportunities for graduates.
2️⃣ Fazaa Foundation Library
A complete library for certificate and university students offering an ideal study environment, diverse knowledge resources, dialogue seminars, and training courses to support the educational journey.
3️⃣ Safe Space for Children
A dedicated childcare space providing a safe educational and recreational environment, with developmental and educational activities that contribute to building children's personalities and developing their skills, in addition to psychological rehabilitation and support for children.
4️⃣ Professional Support and Empowerment Project - Tailoring and Fashion
A project aimed at training and empowering women and youth in tailoring and fashion, with employment opportunities and continuous support to launch their own businesses.
5️⃣ Sustainable Charity Kitchen Project
A charity kitchen providing healthy and free meals to families in need, focusing on sustainability and employing individuals from the local community.
6️⃣ Fazaa Medical Center
A comprehensive medical center providing complete and accessible healthcare services for everyone, with modern equipment and qualified medical staff to serve the community.
7️⃣ Sustainable Community Initiative for Clothing Collection, Recycling and Redistribution
A humanitarian project aimed at collecting, recycling, and redistributing clothing to those in need, with organized collection points to serve the most vulnerable families.
