هذا العلم ليس مجرد راية، بل روح وطن، وذاكرة ألم، وصوت من فقدوا، وصمود من بقوا.
هو علم الثورة السورية… علمٌ كُتب بدمـ،اء الشهداء، وصبر المعتقلين، ودموع الأمهات، ووجع المهجرين.
هو ليس مجرد علم دولة، بل هو رمز الحرية والكرامة والإنسانية… رمز لكل سوري رفض الذل واختار أن يكون حرًا.
هذا العلم ليس لمن لم يعرف معناه، ولا لمن لم يدفع ثمنه….
هذا العلم لكل من حلم، وصبر، وضحّى…

This flag is not for those who do not understand its meaning, nor for those who have not paid its price…
This flag is for everyone who dreamed, endured, and sacrificed…
