في زمن أصبحت فيه النفايات عبئًا، يثبت مشروع "ورقة" في دمشق أنّ ما نعتبره مخلفات قد يتحول إلى فرصة حقيقية لخدمة المجتمع والبيئة.

بقيادة هانية البارودي، يعمل المشروع على جمع المخلّفات الورقية وإعادة تدويرها، ليس فقط للحد من التلوث والحفاظ على الأشجار، بل أيضًا لدعم مبادرات ومشاريع خيرية وتعليمية، ليجمع بين الأثر البيئي والإنساني في آنٍ واحد ✨

مع بداية العام الدراسي ودخول الأطفال المدرسة، لا بُد من خطوات عملية لتنظيم الوقت وتحديد موعد النوم والاستيقاظ؛ ليكونوا في كامل نشاطهم الصباحي 👌

كما يجب علينا وضع جداول يومية وأسبوعية لأوقات الدراسة والمذاكرة والراحة واللعب والنشاطات، مع إعطاء الأولوية للواجبات المهمة قبل الأنشطة واللعب، وأخذ فترات استراحة قصيرة بين الدراسة والمذاكرة لتجديد طاقة الطفل ومستوى تركيزه 🧒

ولا ننسَ أن نجعل الطفل يقوم بنفسه بتجهيز ملابسه وحقيبته ودفاتره وكتبه المطلوبة حسب برنامجه الدراسي؛ لتخفيف الفوضى الصباحية.

واختيار وجبته الخفيفة المحبّبة له، ليشعر بالمسؤولية، وترتيب مكان دراسته بعيداً عن الفوضى 🤝
