بحالة من القلق، راجعت السيدة (س.ن) - 42 عاماً، عيادة تنظيم الأسرة في الرمل الشمالي باللاذقية، بعد أن أخبرها طبيبها الخاص بضرورة خضوعها لعمل جراحي (تجريف رحم) وتخدير عام لإزالة "لولب" مركب منذ 10 سنوات، وذلك بسبب فقدان خيط اللولب.
ولأنها تثق بخدماتنا وتواظب على المراقبة الدورية في مركزنا، فضّلت السيدة أخذ استشارة كادرنا الطبي قبل الموافقة على العمل الجراحي.
على الفور، أجرى فريقنا الطبي فحصاً نسائياً دقيقاً وتصويراً بالأمواج فوق الصوتية (الإيكو)، ليتبين أن اللولب لا يزال في مكانه الآمن داخل الرحم. وبفضل مهارة الكادر، تم سحب اللولب بنجاح وسلاسة تامة داخل العيادة باستخدام الأدوات الطبية المتخصصة، ودون أي حاجة لتداخل جراحي!
هذا التدخل السريع والمحترف جنّب السيدة (س.ن) مخاطر التخدير العام والجراحة، ورفع عنها عبء التكاليف المادية الباهظة.

In a state of acute anxiety, 42-year-old Ms. (S.N.) presented to the Family Planning Clinic in Northern Ramel, Lattakia. She sought consultation after her private physician advised her to undergo a surgical procedure (dilation and curettage) under general anesthesia to extract a 10-year-old intrauterine device (IUD) due to missing retrieval strings.
Trusting our services and being a regular patient for periodic follow-ups at our center, she preferred to consult our medical staff prior to consenting to the surgery.
Promptly, our medical team conducted a comprehensive gynecological examination and a pelvic ultrasound, which confirmed that the IUD was safely positioned within the uterine cavity. Owing to the medical staff's proficiency, the IUD was successfully and smoothly extracted within the outpatient clinic using specialized medical instruments, entirely obviating the need for any surgical intervention.
This rapid and professional intervention spared Ms. (S.N.) the clinical risks associated with general anesthesia and surgery, while concurrently alleviating the burden of exorbitant financial costs.
