The event was held at the headquarters of the Assyrian Democratic Organization in the city of Qamishli (Zalin) on the evening of Sunday, July 9, 2026.
The graduation ceremony was attended by representatives of the General Secretariat, the Syria Branch Board, the Assyrian Foundation , and the Assyrian Women's Committee, alongside members of the Iqartho d'Shamiram Committee and the students' families.
Masters of ceremonies Elias Denho and Merita Abdulahad welcomed the guests, and the event opened with a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs.
The Zalin School Choir (Bands 1 and 2) performed a selection of Syriac songs in both Eastern and Western dialects. The first-stage students also delivered a musical performance representing colors.
