برعاية مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، وبالتعاون مع مجمع رأس العين التربوي، قامت جمعية رفقًا بنا بتنفيذ مبادرة إنسانية وتعليمية تمثلت في توزيع القرطاسية على 200 تلميذ وتلميذة من الصفوف الأول والثاني والثالث، في عدد من المدارس الواقعة في أرياف مدينة رأس العين.
وشملت المبادرة توزيع مجموعة من المستلزمات المدرسية الأساسية، تضمنت الدفاتر، وأقلام الرصاص، والمحايات، والبرايات، وذلك بهدف دعم الأطفال وتعزيز قدرتهم على متابعة تعليمهم، والتخفيف من الأعباء المادية عن أسرهم.
وتوزع المستفيدون على المدارس وفق الآتي:
الريف الغربي:
مدرسة المبروكة: 36 تلميذًا وتلميذة.
مدرسة الدهماء: 51 تلميذًا وتلميذة.
الريف الجنوبي:
مدرسة الأهراس: 60 تلميذًا وتلميذة.
مدرسة الشبلية: 53 تلميذًا وتلميذة.
العدد الكلي: 200 تلميذ وتلميذة.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة انطلاقًا من إيمان جمعية رفقًا بنا بأن التعليم حق وأساس لبناء مستقبل أفضل، وأن دعم الطفل وتوفير مستلزماته التعليمية يمثلان استثمارًا حقيقيًا في الإنسان والمجتمع.
وتتقدم جمعية رفقًا بنا بالشكر والتقدير إلى مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ومجمع رأس العين التربوي على رعايتهما وتعاونهما، ولكل من ساهم في إنجاح هذه المبادرة وإيصال القرطاسية إلى مستحقيها.

Under the patronage of the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labour, and in cooperation with the Ras Al-Ayn Educational Complex, Rifqan Bina Association implemented a humanitarian and educational initiative to distribute school stationery to 200 male and female students from the first, second, and third grades in a number of schools located in the rural areas of Ras Al-Ayn.

The initiative included the distribution of essential school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, and pencil sharpeners. The initiative aimed to support children, enhance their ability to continue their education, and alleviate the financial burden on their families.

The beneficiaries were distributed among the schools as follows:

Western Countryside:

- Al-Mabrouka School: 36 students.
- Al-Dahmaa School: 51 students.

Southern Countryside:

- Al-Ahras School: 60 students.
- Al-Shibliya School: 53 students.

Total number of beneficiaries: 200 male and female students.

This initiative reflects Rifqan Bina Association’s belief that education is a fundamental right and a cornerstone for building a better future, and that supporting children and providing them with essential educational supplies represents a genuine investment in people and society.

Salam Organization - منظمة السلام في إطار دعم وتطوير قدرات الجمعيات والمؤسسات المحلية، شاركت جمعية رفقًا بنا في الدورات التدريبية المخصصة للجمعيات الناشئة، والتي تقيمها مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في الحسكة، وذلك في مقر مؤسسة سلام للأمل.
وقد شكّلت هذه التدريبات مساحة مهمة لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف، وتعزيز قدرات الجمعيات الناشئة في مجالات العمل الإداري والتنظيمي والمؤسساتي، بما يسهم في تطوير أدائها ورفع مستوى الخدمات التي تقدمها للمجتمع.

Rifqan Bina Association Participates in Training Courses for Emerging Associations

As part of efforts to support and develop the capacities of local associations and organizations, Rifqan Bina Association participated in training courses dedicated to emerging associations, organized by the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Hasakah, and hosted at the headquarters of Salam for Hope Foundation.

These training sessions provided an important space for exchanging knowledge and experience and strengthening the capacities of emerging associations in the areas of administrative, organizational, and institutional work, contributing to improved performance and enhanced services provided to the community.

Rifqan Bina Association extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Hasakah for its efforts and commitment to developing the capacities of emerging associations. We also express our heartfelt gratitude to Salam for Hope Foundation for its generous hospitality, prominent role, and great efforts in contributing to the success of these training sessions and providing a suitable environment for participants.

أولًا – نبذة عن المبادرة:
انطلاقًا من إيمان جمعية رفقًا بنا بأهمية تقدير أصحاب الجهود الإنسانية وتعزيز ثقافة الوفاء والعرفان، بادرت الجمعية إلى تنفيذ مبادرة «أهل العطاء»، والتي تهدف إلى تكريم جميع الأطباء المتعاونين مع الجمعية، تقديرًا لجهودهم الإنسانية ومواقفهم النبيلة، وما يقدمونه من دعم وخدمات وتسهيلات للمرضى المستفيدين من برامج الجمعية وتدخلاتها الطبية.
ثانيًا – تنفيذ المبادرة:
قامت إدارة جمعية رفقًا بنا، برفقة عدد من المتطوعين، بزيارة وتكريم الأطباء المتعاونين مع الجمعية، حيث تم تقديم شهادات شكر وثناء وتقدير لهم، تعبيرًا عن امتنان الجمعية لما قدموه من تعاون ودعم، ودورهم في إنجاح المبادرات والأنشطة الطبية التي تنفذها الجمعية.
وقد تميزت المبادرة بمشاركة أصغر متطوعة في جمعية رفقًا بنا، ريتال صفوان فطاس، التي بادرت بحماس ومحبة إلى المشاركة في تكريم الأطباء، برفقة إدارة الجمعية وعدد من المتطوعين، في مشهد يجسد أهمية غرس قيم العطاء والامتنان والعمل التطوعي في نفوس الأطفال منذ الصغر.
ثالثًا – أهداف المبادرة:
تقدير جهود الأطباء المتعاونين مع جمعية رفقًا بنا.
تعزيز الشراكة والتعاون بين الجمعية والكوادر الطبية.
التعبير عن الوفاء لكل من يساهم في خدمة المرضى والمحتاجين.
تشجيع ثقافة التطوع والعطاء المجتمعي.
غرس قيم الشكر والامتنان لدى الأطفال واليافعين من خلال إشراكهم في المبادرات الإنسانية.
تعزيز روح الفريق والعمل التطوعي داخل الجمعية.
رابعًا – رسالة الجمعية:
تؤكد جمعية رفقًا بنا أن العمل الإنساني لا يقوم على الجهود الفردية فحسب، بل هو ثمرة تعاون وتكاتف بين المؤسسات والكوادر الطبية والمتطوعين وكل أصحاب الأيادي البيضاء.

The management of the Rafqa Bana Association, accompanied by a number of volunteers, visited and honored the doctors cooperating with the association, where certificates of thanks, praise and appreciation were presented to them, as an expression of the association’s gratitude for the cooperation and support they provided, and their role in the success of the medical initiatives and activities implemented by the association.
The initiative was distinguished by the participation of the youngest volunteer in the Rafqa Banna Association, Rital Safwan Fattas, who enthusiastically and lovingly took the initiative to participate in honoring the doctors, accompanied by the association’s management and a number of volunteers, in a scene that embodies the importance of instilling the values of giving, gratitude, and volunteer work in the hearts of children from a young age.

مشاركة جمعية رفقًا بنا في تدريب حول نظام الإحالة المشتركة
في إطار تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين الجهات الفاعلة في المجال الإنساني، شاركت جمعية رفقًا بنا في تدريب متخصص حول نظام الإحالة المشتركة، أُقيم في مدينة الحسكة برعاية المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين (UNHCR)، وبمشاركة واسعة من ممثلي المنظمات والجمعيات والجهات الإنسانية العاملة في المنطقة.
ويهدف التدريب إلى تعزيز فهم آليات نظام الإحالة المشتركة، وتطوير آليات التنسيق والتواصل بين الجهات المقدمة للخدمات، بما يسهم في ضمان وصول المستفيدين إلى الخدمات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب، وتحسين جودة الاستجابة الإنسانية.

Rafaqna Association participated in training on the joint referral system
Within the framework of enhancing cooperation and coordination between actors in the humanitarian field, the Rafqa Bana Association participated in specialized training on the joint referral system, which was held in the city of Hasakah under the auspices of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and with broad participation from representatives of organizations, associations and humanitarian agencies working in the region.
The training aims to enhance understanding of the mechanisms of the joint referral system, and develop coordination and communication mechanisms between service providers, which contributes to ensuring that beneficiaries have access to the appropriate services at the right time, and improving the quality of the humanitarian response.
The participation of the Rafqa Una Association stems from its continuous keenness to develop the capabilities of its cadres, strengthen partnerships and coordination with various humanitarian agencies, and improve the quality of services provided to the most needy communities.
Participation also represented an important opportunity to exchange expertise and experiences, and build bridges of cooperation with the participating organizations and associations, in a way that enhances participatory humanitarian work and serves the common human interest.

المستفيدة: طفلة صغيرة من مرضى الجمعية،

ضمن جهود جمعية رفقًا بنا في دعم المرضى وتأمين الرعاية الطبية للحالات المحتاجة، قامت الجمعية برعاية ومتابعة حالة طفلة صغيرة من المستفيدات لدى الجمعية، كانت بحاجة إلى إجراء عملية دقيقة في مجال طب العيون وجراحتها.
وبعد تقييم الحالة، تم التنسيق مع الدكتور أيهم نويلاتي، اختصاصي بطب العيون وجراحتها، لإجراء العملية في أحد مشافي دمشق.
ونظرًا لصغر سن الطفلة ودقة الحالة، كانت العملية من العمليات التي تتطلب مستوى عاليًا من الخبرة والمهارة والدقة الطبية، وقد أُجريت بنجاح، وتكللت بفضل الله تعالى بالنجاح.
وقد حرصت الجمعية على رعاية هذه الحالة وتأمين العملية بتخفيضات كبيرة في تكاليفها، برعاية جمعية رفقًا بنا، بهدف تخفيف العبء عن أسرة الطفلة والمساهمة في حصولها على الرعاية الطبية التخصصية التي تحتاجها.
وتؤكد الجمعية حرصها على الحفاظ الكامل على خصوصية الأطفال المستفيدين من خدماتها، وعدم نشر أي معلومات شخصية أو صور من شأنها الكشف عن هويتهم، انطلاقًا من مسؤوليتها الإنسانية والأخلاقية.

A qualitative process that was successful
As part of Rafqa Bina Association’s efforts to support patients and provide medical care for needy cases, the Association sponsored and followed up on the case of a young girl, one of the Association’s beneficiaries, who needed to undergo a delicate operation in the field of ophthalmology and surgery.
After evaluating the case, coordination was made with Dr. Ayham Nawilatti, a specialist in ophthalmology and surgery, to perform the operation in a hospital in Damascus.
Given the girl's young age and the delicate condition, the operation was one of those operations that required a high level of experience, skill and medical precision. It was performed successfully and, thanks to God Almighty, was crowned with success.
The association was keen to take care of this case and secure the operation with significant reductions in its costs, under the auspices of the Rafqa Banna Association, with the aim of reducing the burden on the child’s family and contributing to her obtaining the specialized medical care she needs.
The association affirms its keenness to fully preserve the privacy of children who benefit from its services, and not to publish any personal information or photos that might reveal their identity, based on its humanitarian and moral responsibility.

في إطار جهود جمعية رفقًا بنا الرامية إلى دعم العائلات العائدة ومساعدتها في الوصول إلى المعلومات والخدمات الأساسية، نفذت الجمعية نشاطًا ميدانيًا تمثل في توزيع خرائط الخدمات على العائدين، وذلك في تمام الساعة الثامنة صباحًا.
وقد قام فريق الجمعية بتوزيع 150 ورقة من خرائط الخدمات على العائدين، بالتزامن مع تقديم شرح مفصل حول محتويات الخرائط وآلية الاستفادة منها.
ثانيًا: شرح خرائط الخدمات
تتضمن خرائط الخدمات معلومات تساعد العائدين على التعرف على أماكن ومواقع الخدمات الأساسية المتوفرة ضمن مناطق العودة، بما يسهل عليهم الوصول إلى الجهات والمرافق التي قد يحتاجون إليها.
وقام فريق الجمعية بشرح محتويات الخرائط للعائدين بصورة مبسطة، مع توضيح مواقع الخدمات وآلية الاستدلال عليها، والإجابة عن الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمعلومات الواردة ضمن الخرائط.
كما تم التأكيد على أهمية الاحتفاظ بخرائط الخدمات والرجوع إليها عند الحاجة، لما توفره من معلومات تسهم في تسهيل وصول العائدين إلى الخدمات المتاحة في مناطقهم.
ثالثًا: آلية تنفيذ النشاط
بدأ فريق جمعية رفقًا بنا النشاط في تمام الساعة 08:00 صباحًا، حيث جرى تنظيم عملية توزيع خرائط الخدمات على العائدين بشكل مباشر ومنظم.
ولم تقتصر مهمة الفريق على التوزيع فقط، وإنما تضمنت شرحًا مفصلًا لمحتوى الخرائط، والتأكد من فهم العائدين للمعلومات الأساسية الواردة فيها، إضافة إلى الرد على استفساراتهم وتقديم التوضيحات اللازمة.
رابعًا: النتائج
توزيع 150 ورقة من خرائط الخدمات على العائدين.
تقديم شرح تفصيلي حول محتويات الخرائط.
تعريف العائدين بمواقع الخدمات الأساسية المتاحة.
مساعدة العائدين على كيفية استخدام الخرائط والاستفادة من المعلومات الواردة فيها.
الإجابة عن استفسارات العائدين وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة لهم.
المساهمة في تسهيل وصول العائدين إلى الخدمات المتوفرة في مناطق العودة.
خامسًا: الخلاصة
يأتي هذا النشاط ضمن جهود جمعية رفقًا بنا في مساندة العائلات العائدة وتوفير المعلومات التي تساعدها خلال مرحلة العودة والاستقرار.
وقد حرص فريق الجمعية على تنفيذ النشاط بصورة منظمة، بحيث لا يقتصر دوره على توزيع خرائط الخدمات، بل يشمل أيضًا تقديم شرح واضح ومفصل لمحتوياتها، بما يضمن تحقيق أكبر استفادة ممكنة منها من قبل العائدين.

في اليوم العالمي للعمل الإنساني، نقف إجلالًا لكل يدٍ امتدت بالعون، ولكل قلبٍ اختار الرحمة، ولكل إنسانٍ جعل من العطاء رسالةً ومن خدمة الآخرين مسؤولية.
فالعمل الإنساني ليس مجرد تقديم مساعدة، بل هو حماية للكرامة، وتعزيز للتكافل، وبناء للأمل، ووقوف إلى جانب الإنسان في أوقات الحاجة والأزمات.
وفي جمعية رفقًا بنا نؤمن بأن الإنسان هو محور العمل، وأن الأثر الحقيقي يبدأ بخطوة بسيطة، وكلمة طيبة، ومبادرة صادقة، ثم يكبر بتكاتف المجتمع وتعاون أفراده.
