AWARD HUB NGO in collaboration and partnership with MCCO implements a primary schools (WASH) project in Yei Town Payam, in Yei River County, Central Equatoria State,
Our purpose: Is to increase the school enrolment and retention of adolescent girls in the classroom during lessons, despite their menstrual circles where they will easily maintain hygiene in cleaner and safer toilets, supported with supplies of sanitary items and cosmetics as components of the project.

This project supports the roles of the senior woman teachers in the schools by providing guidance throughout learning hours for all high primary level girls, offer training sessions for the girls clubs and groups on how easy it is to manage menstrual cycles.

We are very sure to increase raising awareness to all girls through sessions that assure them that menstruation is a normal and natural science that defines the life of human beings. And this deliberately defines their dignity through their gender.

Training Senior Staff as the senior management team[SMT] on programmatic issues including profiling a CBO to capture partnership interest and best build practices that foster program impact inclusive:

* Availability of information data[raw data] for creating concept notes
* Clarity of program objectives, and core deliverables
* Specific sector areas aimed at attaining sustainable development in lives of lives of vulnerable groups
* Strategic roles and resource mobilisation planning
* Institutional strengthening and program impacts.

Enhancing the capacity and capabilities of staff members is key to program success, therefore, we are obliged to seek more opportunities in building AWARD HUB NGO as a team of local experts in resolving local community issues with local means by engaging vulnerable women groups in decision making processes as they direct or indirectly contribute in solving their challenges across sectors like;

-Climate change factors
-Water and sanitation needs
-Information and communication technologies

Creating social impact, through direct engagement in practical activities with local low income generating women groups in OfuaII of the Rhino camp settlement in the Westnile sub region in Northern Uganda.

This is a nutritional building project, implemented through agricultural Eco friendly practices in Ma'di Okollo and Terego districts and mvura communities in arua districts.

We applaud Dynamic Action for Peace and Rehabilitation (DA4PR), partnership with Fiber foods company, with support from ZOA Uganda on the oysternuts introduction as a capital crop in the region.

WE ARE OBLIGATED TO DOING MORE OF SUCH PROJECT ENGAGEMENT BECAUSE ITS IMPACT IS MASSIVE IN THE LIVES OF THE LOCAL WOMEN.

AWARD HUB NGO, in partnership with DA4PR with funding support from ZOA International Uganda trains refugee women groups and household in environmental conservation practices and natural wildlife preservations.

We have DA4PR alternative energy women briquettes making group, in a practical session of OYSTERNUTS DESHELLING OR PEELING TRAINING in Ofua II.

We are really obligated to take care of our mother soil through our ecological practices and best ways to increase the biochure through maximum retention of soil nutrients through good drainages.

Oysternuts are very nutritional crop for human consumption, animal feeds and birds or chicken growing in our households and farming activities.

Follow us with our program updates because your contribution matter in advancing our impact within our communities especially for vulnerable groups inclusive of:
1. Single mothers, or young mothers and school dropouts
2. People living with disabilities (persons with disabilities)
3. People living with chronic illnesses
4. Elderly individuals (people with special needs - PSNs)

AWARD HUB NGO is a women led and refugee organization founded by refugee women in need to wholly contribute to sustainable development of local communities with the full participation of women leaders in the processes of decision making, laedership and policy advocacy and implementation framework.
