Today, we gather to address a critical issue affecting our community in Khor-Jamus Boma: land conflicts. As we come together, we recognize the importance of dialogue and awareness in resolving these disputes.

Land conflicts can arise from various factors, including boundary disputes, land grabbing and unclear ownership. These conflicts not only affect individuals but also impact the community's peace and development.

Key Issues;

Understanding rights and responsibilities
Resolving conflicts between communities and individuals
Protecting vulnerable groups from exploitation

Our goal is to empower communities to manage land conflicts effectively. By working together, we can!

Let's engage in constructive conversation and explore ways to address land conflicts in Khor-Jamus Boma. Together, we can build a more harmonious and prosperous community.

Initiative For Agricultural Development (IFAD) conducted a trees planting training program for rural communities, Church members, Civic Society organizations and Line ministries on 17 July 2024.
This training aimed to promote sustainable agricultural practices through trees planting, mitigate climate change, and enhance livelihoods.
The training was attended by 50 participants 25 Males and 25 females
