Subject: Notification about the 18 NCYPD
Peace conference in Pagak, March 18-22, 2026."
Dear esteemed centers' leaders/members,
This circular serves to formally notify all center leaders, the Office of NCMN-Nasir/Luakdong Refugee Camp, and our esteemed members across the six centers, as well as Luakdong Refugee Camp, that the 18th peace conference of NCYPD under the South Sudan program is scheduled to be held between March 18-22, 2026, in Pagak.
NB:
1. All members who are willing to participate in the upcoming 18th peace conference in Pagak are requested to secure their transportation fees of 1,000 Birr per person.

2. All men and women should dress in black trousers/skirts and long or short-sleeved white T-shirt uniforms branded with the NCYPD logo.
3. All men are advised to put on black closed shoes during the official NCYPD activities.
4. All the centers will assemble and spend a night in Luakdong Refugee Camp at Luakdong and Kondiaal Presbyterian Churches on March 15 before departure to Pagak. All the far centers will start their journey to the assembly area from March 12 to 14, 2026.
5. On a separate note, the NCYPD's South Sudan elders committee and BoDs are scheduled to hold a meeting on March 13 2026 in Maiwut before the conduct of the conference. This meeting is purposely aiming for the unification of all the NCYPD centers across the South Sudan program to come under one umbrella. Therefore, all the center leaders and program elders of NCYPD-Nasir are expected to participate in that meeting.
