YOUTH MENTOR-SHIP INITIATIVE is a South Sudanese program aim at providing free motivational skills to the disillusioned youths' academic, spiritual, economic and social life in amidst of hardships based in Eldoret, Kenya.

MOTTO: Together we can achieve excellence.

MISSION: To help motivate and uplift the spirit of hard work among the South Sudanese youths in realizing their untapped potentiality academically, spiritually, economically and socially in their life.

VISION: To instil an independent minds of unity, full of wisdom, knowledge and productive skills to counter life challenges, among the South Sudanese youths, with a long live heart of service to the greater society in the near future.
