Juba: 26th November 2025: Strengthening Partnerships for Peace and Community Protection!

Today, the Action for Children and Women Organization (ACWO) held a productive partnership engagement meeting with Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) at their Country Office in Juba.

The discussion focused on strategic collaboration in peacebuilding, unarmed civilian protection, institutional strengthening, and opportunities for capacity development.

We are deeply grateful to the NP Head of Mission and the Partnership Team for their warm hospitality, openness, and commitment to exploring meaningful avenues for joint action.

This marks an important step forward in our shared mission to promote community safety, support women and youth leadership, and advance sustainable peace efforts in South Sudan.

ACWO remains committed to building strong, transparent, and impactful partnerships that uplift and protect our communities.

Action for Children and Women Organization (ACWO) is excited to announce a project titled “Voices for Peace and Justice” in Lainya County, supported by the Haëlla Foundation.

Over the next 12 months, we’ll empower women, youth, and survivors of violence as agents of change, promoting peace, dialogue, and social cohesion in our communities.

Together, we’re building a more just, inclusive, and peaceful Lainya County! 💛
