Global fund you are behind thousands lives of people living with HIV including children, adolescents and young people living with HIV, without your support we could have been lying inside graves, we appreciate your support to people of south sudan , however children, adolescents and young people living with HIV are lagging behind with other services such as positive living and dignity prevention components, mental health, stigma and discrimination reduction, comprehensive community base care for children, adolescents and young people living with HIV.

This is Rabbecca a mother who lives in south Sudan she is poor and can't afford to buy food for her family she always moves footing from market to market to collect the leftovers of food to feed her family.
Rabbecca lacks business skills and starts up capital to start a business in order to feed her family, every successful child there is always a strong mother.
In south Sudan there are many women undergoing through what Rabbecca is going through.
To end or eliminate poverty economic empowerment of women is needed at the communities for sustainable development

and Advanced HIV disease, NCDs and Non-NCDs and differentiated service delivery models where pillars of hope south Sudan ,civil societies and other key implementing partners participate , we are so great for WHO ,UNDP, MOH for making it successful.
