The Atar Youth Alliance for Empowerment (AYAE) has officially declared Eng. Miathiang Miabil Nyok as its flag bearer and the most qualified and committed aspirant to contest for the chairmanship of the Atar Youth Association in Juba for the 2026–2028 term.
Following the dissolution of the AYA office and the endorsement of the Independent Electoral Committee (IEC) on 22 February 2026, AYAE has embarked on a peaceful campaign journey and reaffirmed its commitment to free, fair, and credible elections. This process reflects the unity, dignity, and positive image of the Atar community and its people, Paweny.
AYAE also unveiled its top leadership nominees:
• Adv. Simon Kiir Dau – Deputy Chairperson (running mate)
• Eng. Matiok Deng Tiir – Secretary General
• Ms. Nyantiok Ayong Kumagon – Secretary for Finance
AYAE calls upon all Atar youths in Juba to vote for Eng. Miathiang Miabil Nyok and appeals for moral support from fellow youths in the countryside and the diaspora.
