CONCEPT NOTE
Organization background information
• We are Christ Calms the Vulnerable organization that share love with world by connect, interact and fellowship
with other Christian humanitarian and development organizations that enable the lay workers to work
effectively in Gods mission. Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization (CCVO) is a national
nongovernmental, organization established on Jan 23rd, 2024 to empower and change the personal social
and economic status of women and children of South Sudan who live objects of poverty and injustice by
giving the opportunities and support which leads to development. CCVO was founded by a role model of
orphans, resilience youth, families, and women, who served in humanitarian and experienced firsthand
how lack of access to, use of, and control over a wide range of resources can lead to limited options for
vulnerable persons. CCVO focal areas of intervention are church leaders Empowerment, Child and girl
education, GBV, and protection, Food security, emergency and relief, capacity building, sustainable
development, Environmental protection, social accountability, community economic empowerment
through self-help groups, improvement of primary school, Human Trafficking Rehabilitation,
reunification, and reintegration. In this connection, one of its development interventions in the area of
Child education support through its “right for education” project benefited thousands of children of
poor women and disabled those who often missed out on school due to economic problems, conflict, or
natural disasters. The project enables children to properly manage their education as equal to their peers
and achieve better academic results for thousands of vulnerable children and women.

communities to play key roles in the social and economic, Public life roles, and the children without
mother care also have access to basic life needs and education without being discriminated in utilizing
their opportunities.

• To attain significant improvement in their lives sustainably. Confidence in them for sustainable social
and professional lives.
Organization goal
• To reduce poverty action by promoting agriculture, health, and education as way to fight against hunger, disease
and illiteracy in south Sudan.
Country Background information
South Sudan is a country which has suffered of the civil war for more than 25 years. Northern Bhar El
Ghazal being one of the 10 states of South Sudan which has the least enrollment of children in schools
compared to the rest of the 9 states according to UNESCO and national education cluster. An estimates
indicates that between only 22% and 50% of the 6- 14 million school age children living in Aweil Town
and in households and on the streets in South Sudan who do not attend school including Areas of Zara,
Suk Shabi, Maper-Akot Arou, Sakadiid, Mathiang armies, Nabasha and New site. There are a lot of
children who are orphans as victims of the south Sudan war of Dec. 2013 and July 2016 which has
scattered and sending children to the streets who are unaccompanied. The categories of the children are
unaccompanied, separated, orphans whom this project is intending to support. Schools especially among
the migrated families into Aweil, low income earners id so difficult hence more children have gone to the
streets to beg for money and food and support back their families. Basic indicators such has the infant
mortality rate and primary school enrolment, which worsened considerably during the war, have become
back to pre- war levels. Despite tangible revival of the national economy in South Sudan relative to the
situation during the war, the sequels of this civil war are unfortunately, still perceptible and the cost of
living is found in the rural per urban areas. Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization findings during
the assessment in Northern Bhar El Ghazal State found that 55% were within the age of 10-14. 70% were
boys,41.9% were girls had both parents alive, 40% had families compromising of 6-10 members, 38.3%
do minor business being hackers.55.8% come from urban areas,54,1% sleep at home, 28% earn living by
selling ci******es 37% obtained food by buying 30.8% used their money on family expense,40% of them
were school drop outs, 23.4% sniff glue, 59.2% go to the public hospital for treatment, 56.7% do not have
knowledge about HIV/AIDS, 30% of the street children felt that the public do not like them, 43,2% of the
street children said their life on the street was tough and at risk, 44.5% of the street children were
responsible for themselves and 47.6 of the street children were on the in search for employment.
In conclusion 87.4% of the street children in Aweil have been requested to get back to school or be given
opportunities for life skills trainings and vocational trainings this information has been obtained several
times during interviews on Aweil Town streets. Therefore Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization would
like to work in the nearest future/after this project to respond to the needs of the street children in
accordance to similar modalities orphans and all these will depend on the source of funding to execute this
response.
Project Problem Statement:
Between 2013 and 2025 there has been a lot school drop outs due to family crisis realized due to the
existing conflict with lack of humanitarian access and support to the communities in the neighboring states
which has caused the influx of orphans into Aweil Town hence increasing the number of the street
children who are in the categories of orphans, separated and unaccompanied children. The basic services
including education have not been possible to be accessed by some these children.
The communities of Aweil are faced child safeguarding, where parents have failed to control their children
especially those who have gone to the streets due to family neglect, single parents or loss of both parents,
harassment, forced marriage, child labor, girl child compensation poverty from the families, some of
these children have been separation from the families due to South Sudan crisis of 2013 and 2025. Most
of the INGOs operating in the region have not paid attention to assess the cause of the children being on
the streets in the main towns of Aweil for more than 12 years. Therefore this project is to target the
described group of children to be supported on a humanitarian basis and according to the Child Act 2008
which has been ignored by most of the actors. Majority of the orphans and street children are male within
the age 10-16 years and originally from urban areas, with extended families of low socioeconomic status.
The highest percentages of the children go to the street for begging for money and food for survival with
not education, it is not their choice to be what they are but due to what life has shown the at such early
stage.
They survive by engaging in work suck as selling wares, shoe shinning, collecting rubbish, collecting
empty battle for re-use by local beverage makers, washing cars, and others beg or steal, They face a lot
of problems such as drop out from school and completely no access to education, drugs abuse, feeding,
themselves by left over from restaurants and some sleep hungry, they experience in human treatment
such as torture, r**e and some sleep hungry, they experience inhuman treatment such as r**e and
arrest by communities. These children are exposed to all kind of life style; some of them have joined
robbery crew, others joining the rebellions or army as last resorts to earn living.
The understanding of and practice of children’s rights is an important element in the preparation of all
young people for living in a democratic society that value diversity and is committed to equity and social
justice. Such understanding and practice are developed at an early age in learning the basic facts about
right and through acquiring the needed skills to translate this information into action, skills such as
decisions making, value clarification, and negotiations. Such learning is reinforced through the very
nature of the surrounding environment itself. An appropriate climate is a complement to effective
learning about and through rights where it is not only enough of focus upon knowledge and practice
skills necessary for the defense and promotion of their own and other people’s right.
It follows that children’s right are best learned in a democratic setting where participation is encouraged,
where views can be expressed openly and discussed and where there is fairness and justice. Schools in
principle provide a structured learning space for many children particularly at pre and primary levels and
offer a good opportunity to focus on changing knowledge, skills and attitudes of children.
They are a cost-effective way of reaching children while securing wide coverage and sustainability through
the already available infrastructure of the education sector itself. Schools or learning spaces constitutes a
resource in the community by having an impact on the habits of its members, where children can play the
role of change agents within their families and communities in relation to rights and can become good
partners for information propagation.
In South Sudan, democratic values such as respect for the dignity and freedom of the individual
responsibility, tolerance, equity of opportunity and justice need reaffirming in a country that has witnessed
long years of war, These violent years have caused confusion in the minds of south Sudanese people
whether old or young and have shattered their sense of value judgment and principles. Now with the
resumption of peace and transformation, South Sudan is entering positive steps towards improvements and
reconstructions efforts toward rebuilding are advancing swiftly
Finding:
Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization has taken a step to assess why these children are on the streets
and found out causes of the children on the road that is child neglect, hanger, poverty, family separation due
to war, loss of control lack of parental guide. These children are on the road begging, sometimes carry out
violent activities and refused to go to school and most of them are boys.
Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization is in coordination with the Aweil Town council, line ministries
for the two states to coordinate how to attend to their needs and also consultations. In South Sudan and
especially the locations where this project is targeting (Northern Bhar El Ghazal) parents have failed to
control their children especially those who have gone to the streets due to family neglect, poverty from
the families, separation from the families due to South Sudan crisis of 2013 and 2016. Most of the INGOs
operation in the region has not paid attention to assess the cause of the children being on the streets in
the main towns for more than 12 years.

employment purpose, followed by parent lass, children abuse, strict regulations at home and commitment of
offence.
Specific Objectives are:
• To extend within the formal and non-formal curricula teaching/learning modules that touches the
right of children within the basic humanitarian settings and for basic life skills, democratic values, and
learning competencies, with assessment and evaluation techniques in running the orphanage.
• To moderate the children and raise them in a discipline manner in the absence of the parents just
like children normal families brought up with good morals.
• To equip 10 teachers, moderators, inspectors, counselors, social workers, youth leaders and care
givers with interactive techniques that promotes rights of the children and their practice.
• To improve the life style of the children targeted 500 children in their categories by involving them in
the CFS activities and learning with the guiding principles of child rights convention and while
encouraging the moderators and guardians and other active community members in the center clubs
and other extension programs.
• Provision of incentives to the teaching and nonteaching staff for continues sustainable running of the
orphanage.
• The Project will cover 500 Children meaning the main beneficiaries of the projects (200 girls and 300
boys) 5-15 years and 15 teachers, moderators, inspectors, counselors, social workers, youth leaders
and care givers.
Aims:
• To coordinate reconciliation within the state and at the local level, by working closer with technical
expertise from the other humanitarian agencies to attend to the street children’s life.
• Under the management of Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization learning priority plan be
effectively implemented to advance accountability, and political settlement with the ultimate aim of
avoiding deterioration life of the street children.
Outcome: 1. Support the state authorities ministry of gender child and social welfare strategically positioned
to support national priorities in line with the child protection priorities Plan and is effective in a timely
coordination and harmonize manner to shoot the needs of the street children.
Output 1.1 The leadership for coordinating for support mechanism support to ensure a coordinated and coherent
government strategy to progress in handling and develop and implement transitional justice mechanism under
CHILD ACT 2008.
While supporting the communities, communication will be provided through the community leaders and
youth leaders in order to enhance the program is reachable to the intended levels/targeted
beneficiaries, the local leadership will be supported by the technical expertise of Christ Calms the
Vulnerable Organization to develop a coordination and oversight of the national frame work. This will
include securing high level national technical expertise to work alongside the strategic consultant groups
and core staff members.
Project Modality in Child Capacity Development
The project will enable exchange experience with similar institutional structures in other counties and states
whilst also provide mentoring support to the street children project staff. Christ Calms the
Vulnerable Organization will commission thematic research on priority Child protection issues to catalyze
informed policy design planning, communications and outreach, this would be closely linked to the
promotion to innovate peace building approaches that draw on experience and learning from both within
former Northern Bhar El Ghazal and other states.
It will involve working with policy think tanks while promoting a combination of quantitative and qualitative research
methodologies to inform peace process, it will also include ensuring that key documents are available in local languages
of the targeted locations for project implementation and through provision of support for high quality translation and
printing.
Output: 1.2 Effective functions of the street children agencies with attention to coordination, resource mobilization,
communications, evidenced based interventions and high impact results.
The Child protection Agencies/state working group will work closely on coordination with the community members
on reconciliation mechanism to put in place process to operationalize the peace protocol with intention to
coordinate, evidence based interventions and high impact results.
It will concurrently promote system wide coherence for the government and the implementing partner’s
through ensuring smooth flow of information. Specially, the Child protection agencies will be responsible for
the following: - - -
Operational zing the child protection process in close coordination with State ministry of youth and culture,
this will include supporting hand from UN agencies, line ministries to develop and share documents on the
peace protocols.
Will ensure opportunities for training on conflict sensitive programming among children and adults.
It will also include outreach to bilateral and multilateral partners to gamer support for the peace building
and catalyze funding child protection.

Establish awareness, trainings, workshops to the government authorities on juvenile justice which another
threatening issue in the country.
The project
Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization has National plan for the enhancement of education in
South Sudan and in particularly in Northern Bhar El Ghazal and call for national and state solidarity on
harmful cultural practices and reinforcing of values that emphasizes of child right and non-violent through
normal channels of education. In line with this, Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization disseminates
the world and spirit of the Child Rights and facilitates complying with its provisions as related to
education. This process will aim at arriving at child friendly schools and education where the human
dignity of the child respect and where his/her rights in relation to education are put on the national
political agenda.
Accordingly, Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization will reach the children themselves, their parents,
their teachers and their care givers, in addition to preparing the right environment for the practice of the
Rights of children, while sensitizing decision makers and the public at large to pay attention to every child
nationwide and especially in Northern Bhar El Ghazal at large. In this connection, appropriate orientation
material will be produced in addition to developing the right teaching/learning activity modules that will
facilitate the understanding and practice of these rights.
Activities:
• Establish safe child friendly space for the child CFS/learning space structures fenced and equipped with/playing
materials one in Northern Bhar El Ghazal.
• To coordinate reconciliation within the state and at the local level, by working closer with technical expertise
from the other humanitarian agencies.
• Formation of Child protection community watch groups Purchase Games and sports skills training
equipment’s Behaviors change trainings.
• Improve lives of the street children in NBGs through learning space activities.
• Giving awareness to the street children and parents on importance of education.
• Identification of unaccompanied children and street children and refer them to the
FTR
(Family tracing and reunification) partners •
Food staff for feeding the children
• Payment for 28 moderators, social workers, teachers (Female and Male)
learning materials/equipment.
Objectives:
• The General objectives of this project will be to promote by the year 2014-2016 the 1998 Child rights among
25,000 vulnerable children in South Sudan aged 5- 15 years through child friendly education and schools.
• Partnership with the churches to contribute to spiritual and social transformation of the conflict affected
children.
• Ensure emergency relief that assist people affected by conflict and disaster especially the children.
• Advocacy for peace in communities and resolution of conflict management in the country and areas of
operation. Mobilizing the education and communication channels for the promotion of the child rights, its
understanding and its practice in both the learning space/CFS and in the community in order to strengthen
political support, broaden the child rights alliance, partnership and interagency collaboration at local, regional
and international level.
• Empowering beneficiaries including children and communities while enhancing community participation
promoting better learning environment within orphanage school that is child- friendly.
• Strengthen governmental, nongovernmental organizations and the private sector structures towards
institutional the child right including the integration of its principle in the national curricula.
• Building national capacities by training and participation in the project activities at local and peripheral level
through the development and implementation of the rights of children
• Modeling targeted and progressive interventions that will consider culturally sensitive issues of the right of
children and important stages of the children development while reducing regional disparities along rural –
urban and socio-economic lines.
• Going to scale by building on existing initiatives as the intensive and integrative approach of the global education
initiatives designed to improve the quality of education by changing content, style and methods of the learning
process, and successful activities with peace values and conflict resolution skills from the education for peace
project which is based on active learning methods to non-formal channels of education.
Advocacy:
In coordination with the MoGE, State MoGE active NGOs and other humanitarian partners/stake holders
and Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization will advocate and promote the child right and its
provision through child friendly space/learning space, as the place for democracy training, where respectful
relations are nurtured in a health social environment, and where participation of parents and other
community members is encouraged. Promotional material posters, information leaflets, videos and will be
prepared and utilized through different media channels in addition to the learning space. Output:
Information Package including posters, calendars, and students’ agendas
Planning:
• Technical support will be provided to the ministry of education and Christ Calms the Vulnerable
Organization to develop a clearly defined policy and structure for the institutionalization of the Child right
within both formal and structures. State level, and county level workshops will be held to sensitize
decision makers and actors towards the nation of child friendly education that foster learning through
new methods, appropriate content and the design of measures towards tackling learning problems and
meeting goals including competition of the basic education level and securing proper attendance at
schools. Surveys and studies will be conducted to complement interagency and stakeholders Christ Calms
the Vulnerable Organization will support the National and State ministry of education in the targeted
locations with efforts along this line, and will link with the other Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization
Basic education project, the Education management Information System project.
• Outputs: Surveys, studies, tailored interventions, workshops and policies.
Improve the Content of Education materials - - -
In collaboration with the private sector, UNESCO, other UN agencies and instructions Christ
Calms the Vulnerable Organization will support the Moe and Christ Calms the Vulnerable
Organization in improving the basic education level curricula within the framework of the child
right. It will build on the global education interactive approach, methodology and its human right
component. In addition to other teaching techniques to cater for the different learners needs.
Activities will be developed by drawing from the concepts the four thee and the global
learning/global education methodologies and approaches namely interdependencies and systems,
peace and conflict resolution, equality and social justice, change and futures.
These concepts will be linked to issues from the four categories of the Child Right convention
namely protection, survival participation and development. These concepts and issues will form
the framework within which curricula topics such as house, water clothing at the early grades,
and such as the solar system, environment, tourism in the upper grades of the basic education
level, will be developed. The proposed formula will help learners to arrive at a basic knowledge of
Right of the Children and their practice through skills such as decision making.

The overarching themes proposed in this package and the activity module to be developed will
arrive at societal values and domestic ideologies to be part daily mental and social process f the
child. Assessment and evaluation techniques will be included as an on-going process of the
reaching/learning acidities modules. These techniques will lead into assessing the impact of the
learning process and whether of has taken place of not by comparing attitude, and skills pre and
post the delivery of the developed activities modules. Learning will be experiential. Interactive
and participatory. Such proposed package will provide the right opportunities for students and
their caregivers, teachers, moderators to discuss sensitive issues, raise awareness, promote
socialization, display talents and develop a sense of responsibility.
Outputs: Trainers manual, teachers Guide, and Student activity plan file.
Promoting Club Activities:
In Collaboration with MoGE and SMoGSW (state ministry of Gender and social welfare) and active NGO Extra
curricular activities and other extension programs within non-formal channels of learning will be included to
promote through school clubs, the participation and involvement of parents. Clubs will provide the forum
where children, youth, teachers, and other members of the community will share experiences focusing on
rights and responsibilities during their regular meetings under the advice of parents as bodies.
Activities will include children’s parliaments/debates, theatrical performances by the children. These
activities will be facilitated and ushered by peer leaders who will act as change agents and partners to
information propagation in child to child/youth - child/youth – to youth approaches on following guidance
of the rights of the children. Focused on the interventions will also involve out to school children in an
effort to introduce them to their rights and responsibilities and to encourage their participation in
education whether formal or non- formal. The education for peace activities of peace values and conflict
resolution will be built upon by the network of NGOs social workers and youth leadership already active in
using these activities.
Pre and post assessment techniques will be used to evaluate impact of this intervention.
Outputs: manual on club activities, including parliament, theatrical performances by the children debates and fairs.
Building the Community Level Capacities - -
Training will be provided to enhance state level capacities at the central and peripheral levels. Teacher
trainer, youth leaders, and social workers, will be trained and in a multiplier effect will in turn train
around 28 of teachers force including teachers, inspectors, counselors, and schools principles in
addition to other social workers and youth leaders. Assessment evaluation techniques will be included.
The training will be based on interactive approaches.
Training of core team, A small team of national and state experts will train a core team of 28 trainers
on four categories of child Rights Convention, survival, early development, protection and participation
including their connection to each other as an important dimension for activity modules development
within the integrative and interactive approaches of the global learning/global education
methodologies and other techniques to care for the children and their learning needs. Also special
training will be incorporated to train trainers of peer leaders, who will be facilitators of children
activities within their schools and communities.
Training of trainers
The core team with occasional help from the expertise will train 35 to 55 trainers from all South Sudanese targeted
state. The training will focus on building the capacities of the trainees to the trainers, moderators, teachers, to be
coordinators and supervisors of the ongoing learning space activities. -
Training of moderators, teachers, counselors social workers and youth leaders
The trainers will implement various training workshops per year to reach around 8 000 educators
including teachers, learning space mangers, moderators, teachers, inspectors, counselors social workers
and youth leaders and others, training workshops will be undertaken all through the school year to
upgrade skills on an on-going basic and as ensure quality performance. -
Training of social workers youth and peer leader. The trainers will train around 80(60 F and 20 F) social
workers, peer and youth leaders including dramatists and other animators who implement children’s
activities in order to be able to undertaken activities within clubs and with the participation of parents
and other community actors.
Project Management: - - - -
A steering committee will be formed to include the executive director of Christ Calms the Vulnerable
Organization the board of directors, ministry of education, state ministry of gender child and social
welfare, Humanitarian agencies and UNESCO will be members to this committee and will coordinate
with other UN agencies like FAO, WHO, UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank and other donors.
The steering committee will be responsible for the overall planning, and implementation of the project.
This committee will be held accountable for proper delivery of outputs towards arriving at child –
friendly space/child friendly schools.
A technical committee will be formed from the different university faculties including education, Law
Social studies and public Health, in addition to Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization heads
office, i.e. training, material development etc. in addition to the MoE and SMoGCSW guidance and
orientation directorate. The committee will overlook the work of technical teams, members of which
will be educators of the curriculum units at Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization MoE, school
counselors, in addition to teachers from the private sectors and social workers from the NGOs. Each
team will cover a thematic area of work within the curricula, and develop appropriate material within
related themes of CRC.
An expert committee will be formed to include national and state level experts and stake holders in
the curricula development, training, instructional design, assessment and evaluation in addition to
experts in the field of child’s rights. These experts will in close cooperation with the technical
committee and teams develop a thematic framework for development of the activity modules. They
will also develop indicators for monitoring and assessing the inputs, outputs, and impacts of the
implementation of the project in all its areas of activities.
This collaboration will ensure the exchange and transfer of expertise among the various team and
committees working in this project in order to upgrade performance and the quality of work, and the
building of national capacities. -
A field coordinators committee will be formed and will include membership form the higher council
for childhood (State Ministry Gender, Child and Social welfare). The task of this committee will be to
supervise and coordinate the ongoing activities at all the field level through groups formed from heads
of the education regions and the teacher training centers all over the areas in addition to members
from NGOs. This committee and groups will observe changes in the behavior of the children and their
acquisition of knowledge, attitudes and practices as related to the Child Act, through implementation
of developed materials and activities. They will check their network of NGOs out of school children and
suggest way for their main streaming within formal and non-formal education channels to ensure then
are followed towards having and improving access to basic education.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation activities will be carried by participating through the different committees
formed. Progress will be closely monitored through regular field visits to all targeted states and counties in
South Sudan. Objectives of the project activities will be monitored as to their impact on policy makers, on
the children on the community including parents/care givers and on educators including teachers,
animators, moderators in the context of advocacy, planning, programming, legal enforcement and
compliance at county , state and national levels, periodic progress reports will be submitted highlighting
the progress of project implementation, lesson learned, and the course corrections needed to address
problems. Annual and mid- term reviews will be organized within a set of schedule.
Direct Inputs
The project activities will essentially be carried out with contributions from two main inputs:
Government and Christ Calms the Vulnerable Organization with inputs from other finance agencies.
Attached is the overall budget.
The in-direct input will cover the following:
a) Allocation of space, office equipment’s, and the use of school facilities needed to carry out all the activities of the
project, including those needed for the training and the work for all communities envisioned;
b) The costs of public utilities such as water electricity used in all premises in this project and the cost of general
services such as cleaning and maintenance.
c) The remuneration for officials involved in the project Direct contributions include the following:
a) The necessary budget to carry out printing of materials.
b) The cost of all stationary and paper needed to carry out all the activities of the project, including those needed
by the various committees, activities modules, tests and questionnaires, and reports.

Constrains
The implementation of this project may be hindered by constraints that need to be specified in order to devise ways to
overcome them. - - -
Lack of a governmental agenda on child rights with a set plan and strategies is a major hindrance to
this project. Sensitizing policy-makers to the importance of this project as to achieving goals of
education national and state level plans and submit goals is a priority. The preparation period to this
project that will follow and the direct involvement of key decision makers in the process of planning
and implementation of this project will help in the full achievement of its objectives.
The scarcity of national financial resources and the further decrease in budget allocation by the
government to education will cause difficulties to secure commitment of the government to this
project especially that sharing some of the running cost is envisaged. Thus seeking commitment of
international funding for the total period and duration of this project is a priority to achieve a firm
and clear support of South Sudan local authorities to initiation and sharing part of its cost.
The project proposes a long list of partners among government authorities, NGOs and the local
education authorities and inside these bodies between their various departments. Yet previous
cooperation in the global education initiative and the learning achievement projects will be utilized
and followed as a module for further collaboration. Furthermore, detailed terms of reference for the
duties of each body and individuals with rules and regulations will be drawn upon initiation of the
project. A firm commitment to the project form all official and private bodies concerned and joint
and strong advocacy to it are essential to its wide acceptance and proper implementation. -
Lack of qualified expertise nationality is another constraint. Collaboration with international
consultants and bodies will be essential to enrich local experience and to formulate the framework
for material development, building capacity and for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Opportunities - - - -
Implementation of this project may be enhanced by certain events that need to be specific in order
to practice at their reinforcement when possible.
The time is just right to grasp the opportunity of the national efforts to reform the curriculum within
their 3 three years plan. This process will lead into enriching local expenses, building national
capacities and will ensure sustainability to these projects since improvements will be directly on the
curricula.
Interagency collaboration is actively being achieved through continuous meeting and the sharing of
experiences will help in focusing efforts into common instead of their diversification.
Interest of international donors in development project in South Sudan is another point to build on.
