The long-time ago dead-Union of the Nuer Youth leadership in Juba, South Sudan, was resuscitated by the Nuer Youth and immediately, because it was a God's plan to resuscitate it, like Jesus Christ, the Nuer Youth Union board. He, God, blessed the leadership with the best leader, Hon. Both Kuol Nyang Kuat, a man who talks less, a man whose leadership character is related to Dr. John Garang De Mabior, where he calls consultation meetings in order to brainstorm, even though he knows what needs to be done, because he was baptized in the name of leadership, consultation, and inclusivity, and all are one, Amen!
Because of his leadership quality that is accompanied by actions, Hon. Kuol Nyang has emerged today as the best leader of the year, a list shortlisted by the well-known news agency, the Naam Studio.
Who is the leader, according to me? "Being a great leader does not mean that you have no enemies or opponents. Instead, you are still considered a great leader because you serve all people, including the families of your adversaries." ~Ruotto Deng
Leaders who use reason over emotion create fair, innovative, and transparent environments — which are crucial to the long-term success of a business. The shift from reactive to responsive leadership, based on reason, cultivates trust, encourages personal growth, and builds a culture of openness. To become a leader, everyone trusts and follows, focusing on developing the skill of reason. Reasonable leaders create fair, innovative, and transparent environments that foster long-term success.
Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, the Naam Studio, for recognizing Hon. Kuol Nyang for his incredible services to our community (Naath community) in South Sudan and beyond.
Dear Hon. Kuol Nyang, the Nuer community worldwide, has recognized your services to our people before it was published by the Naam Studio. Therefore, I want you to continue with the habit, character, behavior, and the same heart where you have sympathy, where you put yourself in someone else's shoes 👞 👟 in every situation. I am grateful to God for giving you to the Nuer Youth leadership and Mawich Duoth Gatluak in Fangak Youth Union leadership. A man who overcame death just to serve, save/rescue his people from the flooding. A man who left his dead child unburied merely to continue visiting his people whose homes and domestic animals were destroyed by the flood.
