Brigadier General Robert Anguei Mayom, popularly known as Mike Mike, has been relieved of his duties as Commander of the Republican Guard Special Forces (Tiger Division).

His dismissal comes just days after he was promoted from the rank of Colonel to Brigadier General.

According to sources who spoke to Media this morning, his promotion to a higher rank made him ineligible to continue serving in his previous position.
