Today, we solemnly commemorate the victims of the October 7th attack. We extend our unwavering solidarity with the Jewish nation and wish to assure them that they will always have the support of the people of South Sudan. Furthermore, we reiterate our call for the immediate release of the remaining hostages.

His Excellency Isaac Herzog, President of the State of Israel 🇮🇱, sent a heartfelt letter to His Excellency President Salva Kiir, President of the Republic of South Sudan, as the youngest nation in the world commemorates its 14th Independence anniversary. At the South Sudan-Israel Business Chamber, we are particularly interested in the historical bonds between our two countries and work to strengthen them for the benefit of our people.
