Today, Women Foundation for Humanity (WFH) distributed dignity kits to adolescents girls at JCC primary school on Gondokoro lsland to support menstrual health and help ensure girls remain at school during their menstruation periods.
During the visit, WFH also established a Gender,-Based Violence (SGBV) club to empower Learners with knowledge on preventing and responding to GBV while promoting a safe and supportive school environment.

distributed dignity kits to Goroyo orphanage school and other vulnerable women and girls in Goroyo.
The initiative aimed to ensure that girls have the support they need to manage their menstruation safely and confidently
Our key message is clear;"No girl should stay at home or miss school because of menstruation."
Together,we can break the stigma, promote menstrual hygiene and empower every girl to reach their potential.

The training strengthened participant's knowledge and skills to prevent SGBV, promote community awareness and support coordinated efforts to protect women, girls and other vulnerable groups.
Together,we continue to build safer and more inclusive communities free from violence.

Earlier this morning, Women Foundation for Humanity (WFH) held a monthly community land forum with the community women's land rights and leadership forum group of Goroyo.
The discussion focused on strengthening women's awareness of their land and inheritance rights, promoting leadership and encouraging community dialogue on equitable access to land.
The women shared experiences, identified challenges and explored practical ways to advance women's land rights and meaningful participation in decision-making within their communities.
This initiative is implemented by Women Foundation for Humanity in partnership with South Sudan Land Alliance (SSuLA)

Today, Women Foundation for Humanity (WFH) hosted a radio talk show on Favour Fm bringing together community women from Gondokoro lsland and with the WFH staff to discuss SGBV.
The discussion focused on raising awareness about the different forms of SGBV, promoting, prevention, encouraging survivors to seek support and emphasizing the collective role of communities in creating safe and violence -free environment for women and girls.
The program forms part of WFH's ResPEct:Stop SGBV-Respond, Prevent, Educate project, funded by German Cooperation, Co-funded by the European Union and implemented by GIZ and Women Foundation for Humanity.
