Today Semi-final Matches update.

Football:
Alek Football Team has advanced to the final after a hard-fought victory over Gogrial A, winning 1–0 this evening at Gogrial Freedom Square. They will now face Gogrial B Football Team in the upcoming final on Sunday 25th of January 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Volleyball:
Buoth Anyiith Volleyball Team has also secured their place in the final after defeating Gogrial B Volleyball Team earlier this afternoon. They will meet Mayom (Ngok) United Volleyball Team in what promises to be an exciting clash on Sunday 25th of January 2026 at 10:00 Am

The AKYA Electoral Committee (EC), established under the authority of the Aguok Kuei Youth Association Constitution, hereby certifies that the elections for the Chairperson of the Aguok Kuei Youth Association 4th convention 2026–2028 tenure was conducted on 10th January 2026, Gogrial Town.

The Committee confirms that the process was held in accordance with the established electoral guidelines, ensuring fairness, transparency, and secrecy of the ballot.

Aguok Kuei Peace Tournament – Meeting Update

Location: Gogrial Town
Date: 8th January 2026

Following today’s meeting between the Aguok Kuei Peace Tournament Executive Committees, Team Managers, Coaches, and Captains, the following resolutions were made:

• Boys Volleyball: The game has been dropped due to limited team readiness (only 2 out of 7 teams were prepared) and other challenges faced by the teams.
• Remaining Games: The tournament will continue with Football for Boys and Volleyball for Girls.

Kickoff Schedule – 9th January 2026 at Gogrial Freedom Square

Dear Organizing Committee and Esteemed Teams,

On behalf of Aguok Kuei Community Sports Association (AKCSA), I extend our heartfelt greetings and appreciation to each of you as we prepare to launch the inaugural Aguok Kuei Peace Tournament tomorrow, at Gogrial Freedom Square in Gogrial Town.

Message of Appreciation 😉 🙏🙏

On behalf of Aguok Kuei Community Sports Association, I extend heartfelt appreciation to Ustaz Akot John Deng, the Chairperson of Aguok Kuei Youth Association, for his exemplary leadership in calling for a meeting to hand over office after the completion of his term. This noble act reflects integrity, accountability, and respect for community values.

Such a gesture is the true mark of servant leadership and sets a powerful precedent for others. It is my sincere hope that all community bodies whose terms have elapsed will follow this path of responsibility and transparency.

The leadership of Aguok Kuei Community Sports Association is hereby inviting all the Olympics management/Team Managers, Aguok Kuei Youth Association on ground, Gogrial Local Football Association-GWC , and other intellectuals for a crucial meeting to be held on Saturday 27/12/2025 in Gogrial Town at the County Hall.

The meeting will starts at 9:00 AM and all are requested to be punctual as usual. The Agenda of the meeting is the final “Status of Aguok Kuei Olympics and AOB”.

The invited associations are advised to inform their concerned executives to attend this meeting! Merry Christmas and happy New year in advance 🙏🏿
