Mental Health Awareness Month is important because it helps people understand the importance of taking care of their mental well-being. It raises awareness about issues like stress, anxiety, and depression, especially among teenagers. This month also encourages people to speak openly, reducing stigma and making it easier to ask for help. In addition, it promotes healthy habits and support systems that can improve overall well-being. Overall, it reminds everyone that mental health is just as important as physical health

Yesterday was International Leo Advisor day✨✨

Lion Nicole ,over the past two fiscal years,you have been our guide, our support system, and our constant source of encouragement.

Even in moments when we were ready to push too hard or rush ahead, you were always there to gently remind us to slow down, think wisely, and do things the right way. You took the time to explain, to listen, and to truly understand us.

What we will remember most are the little moments,the conversations, the guidance when we needed it most, and the way you always showed up for us, no matter what. Your leadership has shaped us, not only as a team but also as individuals.
