Field Visit Report โ€“ Mumtaaz IDP Camp

A field visit was conducted by Somali Service Aid Organization (SOSA) to Mumtaaz Camp, located on the outskirts of Kaxda District, Mogadishu. The situation in the camp is very concerning, with many families living in difficult conditions and facing food shortages and lack of basic services.

The camp hosts internally displaced families who fled their homes due to the severe drought affecting several regions of Somalia. Many of the residents are vulnerable women, children, and elderly people in urgent need of humanitarian assistance.

Immediate support is needed to help improve the living conditions of the affected families.
