Banaadir women disability organization (BAWDO) is a non-profit organization BAWDO is mainly working is developing women with disability and vulnerable people to represent and advocate the rights of women with disability lives in Somalia. Bandir women disability organization(BAWDO) established in 2016 a group of women disability come to gather and realized that women with disability needs organiz
ation that able to represent women with disability and advocate girls with disability and support women with disability. The overall goal of BAWDO to seek women with disability an emergency AID those in IDPS give them shelter, rehabilitation, ,health care and Education to women and girls living with disability. The main Aim building of the organization is to rice and give awareness to parents to send their children living with disability to schools and universities, BAWDO always give recommendation to parents to not hide their girls living disability in houses. BAWDO also does to address issues, concerns, needs and social-economic welfare of the disabled persons in the region. Banadir women disability organization (BAWDO) stand up for girls with disability give them moral support seek them job opportunities, promote a disability friendly work place culture and create income support for women with disability. The organization held vocational training, CBD awareness and also workshops to change perceptions community have people living with disability. Vision
