As a woman, the agroecological training has given me vital knowledge and boosted my confidence in public speaking. Without proper training, it’s hard to assert oneself, but now I speak with confidence and share agricultural advice - even on the community radio.

My husband now recognizes my work as a real profession. I've also changed my perspective on my children’s education, investing in both my sons and daughters because knowledge empowers. My expertise has strengthened my role in the community - villages seek my training, and even local leaders consult me on improving horticulture. Additionally, my income has grown, allowing me to enhance my home and support my children’s education, training, and health.
