Indeed it was a great challenge to have all this in our submission, but today we can now be proud of have this foundation with us and we seek for donations to come in so we can start our programs proper.

PREAMBLE
AWARE of the failure of children and youth to attain formal education because of problems related to the war and other national and family related problems Education and related health issues.
NOTING that youth and children are commonly referred to as underprivileged, victims, and /or pertertrators of violence.
HAVING Recogonised or realized that the youth populace to them face problems peculiar to them as young people.
WHEREAS many youth and welfare organisation have done a lot of lobbying advocacy, coordination and skills training resource mobilization for children and youth development in Sierra Leone and Africa as a whole but much has not been done to sustainably develop the welfare of youth and children cares.
REALISING that poverty illiteracy, incapacitation and socio - economic issues hinder the growth and development of youth efforts.
NOTING that there is no substantive and operational association for that suffering youth our communities.
CONVINCED that we can better address the plight of such youth - through empowerment, inspiration and motivation both the educated and uneducated youth with basic technical vocational training skills, participation in the issues that will help them settle this communities and homes like : Agriculture Food value chains, capacity development, networking and coordination of efforts.
HAVING established SIERRA LEONE ATOMA DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (SLADO) in all the communities in Tonkolili District and Sierra Leone as well with membership slowely, but surely expanding we are convinced that the children and youth in our Communities and Sierra Leone are willing and ready to involved them self in income generating activities that will yeald them hope for there feature.
