On April 10, 2026, the Empowering and Developing Women Worldwide – Sierra Leone (EDWW-SL) team headed to the Bio Barray Community in the Western Rural Area for our latest feeding program.

It was a day filled with smiles, community spirit, and the joy of giving. We believe that empowerment starts with meeting basic needs, and providing a hot, nutritious meal to the children and women of Bio Barray is just one way we are standing together with our community.

A huge thank you to our dedicated volunteers and supporters who made this possible. Every bowl served represents a step toward a stronger, healthier future.

On March 25th, the EDWW-SL team spent a powerful day serving the Lakka community. Our mission took us to two vital locations: Kingdom Harvest Ministry Church and the Lakka Community Health Centre.
​We had the privilege of providing nutritious meals to those who need them most—including expectant mothers and young suckling mothers. Seeing the smiles and feeling the gratitude of these incredible women reminds us why we do what we do.

​A healthy community starts with a healthy mother. Thank you to everyone who supports our mission to nourish Sierra Leone!
