What is TEV Tip?

TEV Tip (The Empowerment Vector Tip) is a weekly knowledge series powered by the GCATRED Equity Hub, created to equip women, youth, and emerging entrepreneurs with practical, actionable insights for economic growth and equity.

Rooted in GCATRED’s commitment to women’s economic empowerment, child protection, and trade equity, TEV Tip delivers simplified guidance that helps individuals and small businesses make informed decisions. Each week, we share expert-driven tips focused on key areas such as business registration, legal rights, market access, financial literacy, export readiness, and small business budgeting.

TEV Tip serves as a bridge between expert knowledge and everyday application. Through collaborations with professionals, industry experts, and practitioners, we amplify credible voices and translate complex concepts into clear, shareable lessons that can be applied immediately.

Our goal is simple:

to inform, empower, and uplift communities by providing consistent, trustworthy guidance that supports sustainable livelihoods, strengthens enterprises, and promotes inclusive economic participation across Africa and beyond.

Follow TEV Tip weekly and be part of a growing movement where knowledge becomes empowerment.
