From the hills of Freetown to the corners of the globe,
Echoes a name written deep in the code —
Kao Denero, the lyrical chief, the voice of the streets,
Whose rhymes are fire, whose legacy repeats.
Born with a purpose, carved by pain and flame,
You turned struggled to rhythm, and crowned your name.
From Black Leo to the nation’s stage,
You penned your truth on every page.
Consistency your crown, resilience your shield,
Two decades strong, you still own the field.
While others fade, you stand so tall,
A voice for the voiceless — you gave your all.
The mic bows low when your story’s told,
The beats salute, the bars turn gold.
West Africa hails your lyrical reign,
A poet, a soldier, through joy and pain.
Ambassador of Art, of culture, of might,
You turned Sierra Leone’s sound into light.
So on this birthday, we rise and say,
Long live Kao Denero — the King of the Day!
