*FLASHBACK | YOUNGEN OF DOGOLONYA (YOD)*

We are proud to have celebrated the outstanding academic achievements of Dogolonya’s brightest pupils who excelled in the NPSE and BECE examinations during the 2023–2024 academic year. These first-place students were honored with CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION from YOD at our Maiden Dinner and Awards Night in Dogolonya.

At YOD, our mission is to INSPIRE motivation, INFLUENCE positive change, and create lasting IMPACT in our community. By recognizing and celebrating excellence, we aim to nurture confidence, leadership, and a drive for success among our young learners.

Through our commitment to supporting education in Dogolonya and across the Falaba District, we continue to invest in a brighter future—one where today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders, bringing pride to their community, district, and nation—Sierra Leone.

YOD TAKES A STEP TOWARDS RELIGIOUS DEVELOPMENT IN FALABA DISTRICT

Youngen Of Dogolonya (YOD), a community youth-based organization, has made a significant contribution to religious development in Sierra Leone. On September 29, 2025, YOD donated 20 bags of cement for the construction of a masjid in Dogolonya, Falaba District, in the northern part of the country.

Handing over to the community on behalf of the Youngen Of Dogolonya , Treasurer, Mr. Abubakarr Jalloh, emphasized that this initiative is part of the organization's commitment to community development in Dogolonya. "This donation aligns with our vision as young people to being part of development in Dogolonya" he stated.

The Dogolonya community expressed heartfelt gratitude to YOD for their generous gesture, Sheikh Abubakarr speaking on behalf of the community, said, "We are delighted to receive this significant boost to our project." He reaffirmed the community's support for YOD, highlighting the organization's positive impact on the area.

This initiative demonstrates YOD's dedication to fostering community growth and development, particularly in the realm of religious infrastructure. The organization's efforts are poised to make a lasting difference in the lives of the people of Dogolonya, and Falaba District.

The Youngen Of Dogolonya (YOD), a community youth-based organization, has been successfully bridging gaps and strengthening bonds among the town's young indigenes since its establishment in 2023. We are proud to announce that Youngen Of Dogolonya (YOD) has successfully registered with the Falaba District Council as a Community Based Organization (CBO). This milestone aligns with our commitment to operating legally and effectively across the District.
