*Episode 24 — Hear Us Out*

Not all minds learn the same — and that’s not a weakness, it’s a different kind of strength. Yet many neurodiverse young people face daily challenges being understood at home and supported in school. What happens when we choose patience over pressure, inclusion over isolation, and understanding over judgment?

This week on Hear Us Out, we open an important conversation on Supporting Neurodiverse Youth at Home and School — exploring how parents, teachers, and communities can create spaces where every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Join your Host Chernor Maju Bah alongside our amazing guests Sorina Dumbuya, Ruth Nenneh Conteh, and Joseph Bassie as we unpack practical strategies, share real experiences, and challenge the stigma surrounding neurodiversity.

*HEAR US OUT – SPECIAL VALENTINE’S EDITION* ❤️🎙️

Valentine’s Day has increasingly become a time when young people, especially girls feel pressured to prove love through actions they may not be ready for, sometimes compromising their values, boundaries, or future.

But real love does not demand sacrifice of dignity.

We’re redefining Valentine’s Day as a celebration of *self-respect, self-worth, and personal choice*. Because loving yourself first is the foundation of every healthy relationship.

Join *Augusta Bangura, Isatu Fatimah Bah, Doreen Deigh, and Claudia Sheriff* for this powerful and necessary conversation as they challenge harmful norms and encourage young people to choose confidence over compromise.

📢 *Tune in LIVE on our Facebook Radio and be part of the conversation.*

*Time:* *3:00 pm*

💬 *Drop your comments, share your views, and let your voice be heard.*

*This Valentine’s Day, choose dignity. Choose self-love.*
