If you really love your family, get a business, not a job. This is because, when you die your family can't inherit your job, but they can definitely inherit and expand your business. Infect, if you die on the job, your boss will replace before burial, if you live your family in the company house, they will kick them out before they can say or think of planning or say anything.
So, when you're off from work, don't go watch television or spend time working for others; go home and think of a business idea.
It lasts forever, the business 'IDEA'. All you'll need is "THE WILL TO DO IT"
