HELPFUL HANDS FOUNDATION SIERRA LEONE

Back-to-School Support for Less Privileged Children

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams. This back-to-school season, we are reaching out to kind-hearted individuals, organizations, and friends to help provide essential school supplies for less privileged children.

Your generous support will help us provide school bags, exercise books, pens, pencils, uniforms, shoes, and other learning materials to children in need.

You can support our cause by making a cash donation through:

- Bank Transfer
- Western Union
- MoneyGram

No donation is too small. Together, we can put smiles on children's faces and give them hope for a brighter future through education.

Thank you for your kindness and support.
Together, we can make a difference!

Foday James Lumeh’s life is a powerful reminder that your circumstances do not define your destiny. Even when life changes everything, your mindset can still carry you forward.

Born in Sierra Leone and facing the challenge of losing a leg at a young age, Foday did not allow pain or limitation to end his dream. Instead, he turned his struggle into strength and his weakness into purpose.

1. Your story does not end with your struggle

Foday’s journey shows that losing something important in life is not the end—it is a new beginning. Many people would have given up, but he chose to rise again.

2. Pain can become power

Instead of seeing disability as defeat, he used it as motivation. His success in amputee football proves that pain can produce purpose when you refuse to quit.

3. Discipline opens doors no one can close

Through hard work and commitment, Foday reached international football stages, showing that talent alone is not enough—discipline is what transforms dreams into reality.

4. Be a voice for others

Foday also became an inspiration and ambassador for amputee players, proving that true success is not only about personal achievement but also lifting others.

5. Never stop believing

From local fields in Sierra Leone to playing professionally in Turkey, his journey teaches that belief in yourself can take you farther than fear ever will.

Final Message

Foday James Lumeh’s life says one thing clearly:
You may fall, you may struggle, but if you keep believing and keep fighting, your name can still be written in history.

Believe. Fight. Achieve.
